100% upgrade chance on LF4 failed...

    Happened to me aswell, still upgraded though was just shown as a glitch. Happened even at 85% and 95%

    Thank you all for your input into this players issue.

    I would recommend that you log out and back in to the game to verify that this upgrade did not take effect. If at this time you still have an upgrade issue, I would then recommend that you contact support and provide the following information:

    Ship Name:
    User ID:
    Server Playing:
    Registered email Address:
    also....

    1. Descriptions of issue: Upgrades at 100% failed.
    2. Copy of the transactions logs showing the amount of Uridium paid for the Upgrade. (make sure to copy date and time)

    Please be polite when requesting assistance... as you can attract more Bee's with Honey than you can with Vinegar.
    I do understand the furstration and I have faith, that support will do their very best to assist you in resolving this matter.
