radar protocal

I now have 4 radar protocals for boxing and I really dont notice a difference then having 1. my pet still wont go collect a box if it isnt visible on my screen, so whats the point of more radars, what do they do exactly ?

 

From what i can tell it raises the distance your pet will travel from your ship. if it does not see another box after picking one up it will not "search" for one.

 

There is a difference but it's difficult to discern it on the mini-map.

 

from what i understand while boxing radar protocols lets your pet keep collecting farther away from your ship. Like if its collecting and you fly away it will keep collecting till you get too far away then it will start moving towards your ship leaving boxes out of radar range behind till its back in range of your radar protocols

™‡†⌐♦xXpainXx♦¬†‡™, One thought on what might be happening is that the P.E.T. will only go outside of your viewing range is if you are moving. If you are standing still, the P.E.T. will only pick up boxes near you.

Now you think that they could of, an SHOULD HAVE told us all along. This has to be common game knowledge. But it is not. How did this get lost in interpretation?

The pet is set up to be used as a companion ship. That said, it can either do special missions while you are doing something or assist you in a kill. When you are just sitting around, they get mad about having to do all the work. LOL Maybe they are programmed to make sure you are even alive.
