Doing something that worth

Why don't u fix this lag that is preventing everyone to do their game? U are fixing game only for your interest cause everything u do is for game interest but players want to play this game without lag then u can think what is better for game and fix those u think are not good.

 

You should look around more.
With the latest Test Server, they changed the way the game runs in browsers, and it's a little bit for smooth

As for the lag (internet wise), don't know, I haven't had any issues yet.

 

How they changed it i wasnt playing Test Server .... As for lag im from Europe playing in US1 server and lag is horrible i cant even click players anymore

 

Just different system processors change.
And you're lagging a lot because you're in Europe. That server is hosted in the US, so it should not be surpising to get a lot of lag. If you don't want lag, get on an European server.

ggood idea dude but i started this game in this server when there was no lag like this and last time i checked do havent made yet option for me to change server with all stuff i got since 2008 and im not starting new acc cause i dont have $ for it

 

Back then, they did not have all these new graphics, so it takes much more data that gets sent.

 

Just ask for programmers to stop using "Console.LagLine(); in DO program"

 

I get the anger with Lag. But sadly alot of it has to do with your own computer graphics and memory as well as your data speeds on your internet. Alot of this can be fixed by small adjustments such as using a diff browser. Also, as much as they say this part, it is true, make sure your flash player is up to date and up to par with your browser. Secondly, go into settings on the actual game and lessen the effects of explosions and other things. All of this take up memory on your computer. Thirdly, DO is a game that is played across many servers around the country so you may experience this issue. Try using comodo dragon browsers, its what i have been using for the past year and I havent had any issues with lag. And lastly, Your computer may be a little to old to handle the game or any game that contains a large amount of simultaneous players. You can fix this by going to your computer store and asking how to increase its playing capablity. This can be done via installing new memory, changing graphics cards too. BUt if your processor isnt as good as it used to be, then it maybe time for a new processor or a new computer. We cant blame all the lag on DO, we have to take some responsibility of it too lol

 

I play DO with no background, drones, low graphics, stuff like that.
The lag I get comes on rarely and ALWAYS after 5 pm EST, so it might have something to do with internet connection at that time.

 

Oddly enough the graphics resolution has never affected my lag. Ever. So I just run full resolution all the time... On the other hand with all this lag why not give old ships and drones back, liked the look better anyways

EDIT: old ships looked more cool, new ships still look cool but a bit like a kids toys too. Old ones looked more militaristic
