You are damned if you do and damned if you dont. Truth is, that DO's lack of urgency to rid this problem in earlier years is what caused the demise of many servers. Had DO worked a little harder and stopped sending the generic response of "this will be forwarded to our team", then maybe the game would have more people still playing. But so many people just got tired of working endlessly on their ships only to find out that they wont move up in ranks cuz of the botters. Then DO has the nerve to tell you that if you pop the botters, then you are cheating and therefore you get banned. I get the whole pushing thing, yes I understand, but as easily as it was for DO to see you popping a botter over and over, they could have easily seen that a FE ship in the x2 maps playing more than 5 hours in that map is botting. Truth is, we as players took it upon ourselves to slow down the botters by shooting them down. And then DO says that we are interfering with the surveillance. So we get banned for several days But the botter doesnt get banned. I swear, I dont get the logic that DO uses sometimes.

 

Isn't it ironic that if you kill a botter for hours and he comes back, the system bans you and the botter for "pushing" because you were killing the same player over and over again.

 

yehp. Its sad though. But oh well. What can you do. Its not like DO actually listens to players.

 

Ironic yes... Avoidable... Yes. Just get another play to shoot him/her first. Or freeze rocket plus DDM

 

How is possible to get achievement with collected 1 mil boxes while i box 24/7 3 months and i have 406k ? -_- ridiculous

hehe, I used to get a vru spearhead chill in 2-2 when I needed a 2-2 mission done only me, the vru and maybe 1 other player were off port.

Hahaha maybe. Hey Seraphim, I remember thats how I would sometimes try to get my title in x2 maps. Sometimes the botters had a title, and I would look in title overview and when I saw that they had it, I knew where they would be lol

 

GB1 Spaceball is on right now and they're in there Auto-locking yet again. Same players over and over. DO BP what a joke seriously. You obviously don't care about the honest paying playing customers, and yet again you let this problem just slide away as long as the ££$$ keeps rolling in!

I was like WTH they banned over 1000 accounts now , really dont believe that many of them was in game....

 

When a new efficient bot come ..,,new players" / actually new accounts come . Probably 60-80 % of them were low level and they also managed to solve a bug with booty keys without keys so ( infinite lf4 ) ....

 

Truth is, there will always be cheats and bots. As long as people want the quick road to things, there will always be cheats. DO will have a hard time catching them all.

Why bot or cheat when you can create venezuela acc and get UFE for 400 pounds and have uri left for loads of boosters

DO's inaction on that is slap to all players who spent loads or worked hard to get there

 

well what do you mean create a ven acct? i havent heard of that stuff. I hit 230kl double boosted full bio UFE status. That doesnt mean that the player you are talking about is a cheater

 

Venezuela gets uri for way cheaper than anywhere else. In a sense this would be exploiting

 

Oh wow, I didnt know that. Im surprise that DO didnt fix the currency issues across the game. It makes sense now when I see ships with barely no rank and they fly with havocs and fats lol.

 

yeah i think cost about $70 american for 330k uri in Venezuela compared to $99 in us for same

 

Actually its $30 not $70, the original price is indeed $99, Venezuela is three times cheaper when compared to the original prices of US and British.
