Kappa Gate Rippoff

What is going on with the game at all , cost me 180k uridium to build Kappa and all I get is the useless 5 hour multi booster when I already have every booster you can purchase! I do Kappa to get the Hercules design and or an LF4. I don't give a hoot about the ammunition gained from spinning the gate, it means absolute jack to me! Total rippoff! They wonder why us PAYING CUSTOMERS leave the game!!! If nobody cares then don't comment because it just shows how much of a (TROLL) that you are and just bumping your forum rank!!!

55 kappa 10 herc , beat me and then cry , i got over 10 multi boosters in a row which i spent in bmap on building another kappa

 

The gates and gate spins (booty keys, etc) are nothing more than a casino... and just like a casino the house always wins. That's the game. There is very little straightforward anything in Dark Orbit. You either deal with it or not. You can plow your money into it or not. Some of us dont spend and just grind like fools for uri to try and build. That's up to you. Rage quitting is your choice but understand what you are getting into before you spend money.

 

best i got was 200k uri and my gate was on 55 parts already

 

Atleast you get something... for zeta I have a 5:1 ratio for 1 havoc-.-

 

Mate of mine just got his 10th herc on 76th kappa. I can imagine it was quite a painstaking process, but to everyone else it was quite amusing - especially when he ended up getting nothing.

 

Well you cant really complain because the item is supposed to be RARE. The chances are supposed to be small of obtaining it. Sadly, yes it costs alot of money and uri to make these gates. And maybe what should be done is that the spins should always produce parts instead of spinning and you dont get parts. That way, the amount of you uri you spend on spins is less.

 

gate spins also give ammo and xeno, it is not like you get nothing if no gate parts come up. I could use a lil less x2 and sab but you do get more ammo for your uri doing spins that you would buying it in shop.

 

Yeah Bones, you don't have it too bad. I just did 30th kappa, got nutting, sitting on 6 hercs, and 8 LF 4 from all 30, which isn't that bad either.

My advice: bid on reg damage booster, buy a pro damage booster, and rage out with your X4 ammo on a couple hundred cubes !! then build another Kappa and hope.

EDIT : I've done 36 now, still 6 hercs....-_- ugh

 

i think that there should be a system set up so that a certain number of gates then a player gets a lf4. i agree bones.
i put £70 on mhh before december and never received a single lf4 from all the kappas i did. In future i will only buy booty keys and use them on lf4 day. im not willing to waste £70 on the game if i cant get a reward from kappa gates. The "chance" factor is favorable to some and not to others.

LOL, 8 in a row no Herc. They did the 'buy uri and get a herc' along with the gate spins. 750 gate spins did a lot of nothing. I was watching long pauses each time I spun. 4-5 10 spins with the 'free spins' not a part not a multiplier.

What was cute was watching the spin to part ratio as I was at 115 parts.

Not getting a herc doing Kappas back to back like that was illuminating. If anything its definitely not getting me to play or pay when the odds are not even on par with a vegas slot machine in the back of the casino.

 

Meanwhile am sat here on 34 kappas and 12 hercs ^.^...eh atleast be somewhat happy, some players have it worse than you. 180k for one kappa? Usually am building 2 kappas with that much uri ...but yeah, just chill
