  1. As you can see i'm having a payment problem. I know it shouldn't be in this section but darkorbit need to know and so do the people between the players and the developers.
Ive also messaged the payment support and I havent had a reply in 3 days.

I try to buy box doubler for a week via cell phone and I put in my phone number and it doesnt work.
    This comes up:
    http://gyazo.com/0717753be0ffaffa13db41a20ec0a721

I done some research as to why this should be the case and it seems to be my mobile network which is EE.

    http://gyazo.com/fa76d1f86d410b0a566f79224c63dace

The image above then states it supports Orange and T-Mobile... but not EE. I was forced onto the EE network when i was previously on orange as EE is just orange and t-mobile...
So what can i do? Will this be fixed? Am i the only one with this problem?

-Please don't move or close this thread as I can't find anywhere else to address this topic and it seems its a new one

How can you buy box doubler via cell phone? Is that a promotion that appeared on your account or everyone can buy it via cell phone?

  4. Its a method of payment so I assume everyone @br-us2
My friend also had the same problem

also @pecanin I think theres a minimum voucher for ukash or paysafecard which i believe is £5 and I don't want to pay more than i have to

Yes but you can save remainder of voucher for later

it is valid for one year from date of purchase

  6. The point is, we dont want to go to the shop to buy a piece of paper, the idea of buying on mobile is impulse purchasing.

I also have the exact same issue as shockwave, i was forced onto EE network under my new contract update and it wont support my mobile either.

Fact is, if it isnt sorted quickly, then money will be lost as people wont be able to impulse purchase.
Those £1.59 amounts add up quickly ;)

I had EE once ,it is worst network in UK

Lebara does payments to DO without problems (or any other game)

I bought old nokia on car boot sale just so i don't have to swap sims ,works like a dream

Could you guys explain to me how can I buy it via cell phone?

  9. Maybe so pecanin, but EE is now one of the biggest mobile networks in the UK, even if u think it is bad. So really the issue is not ours, it is either Bigpoint not recognising them as a communications company or EE not allowing us to use the payment method.

br-us2 when you select an item in the uri page, add to basket and in payment options go down to "Pay with Cell phone ." then enter your mobile number and reply to the text you receive.

I'm not from USA, I'm from Brazil, and I can't see that method. Should I do something to it appear?

  11. Ahh maybe your country doesnt offer that option, we are GB UK servers with this issue.

Damn it, I'd like to put doubler via cell phone :/

  13. As IsR said EE should be able to support this especially being one of the biggest competitors in the UK...

However if you also read up I said wouldn't like to pay more than the price so buying a new phone and then buying more credit does not appeal to me especially as I already put more money on my phone so that I could buy the doubler

    Hello,

Thank you all for your post to assist.

As this is a payment issue, you will need to contact Payment Support.

Closing as referred to Payment Support.
