Good news mods (assuming you haven't been told already ^^), looks like you are getting an admin Goliath. Will hopefully have pictures soon.

At the moment it's just called the Admin Cloak.

Dont create ships for admins but remove these ridiculous lags and bugs firstly , anyways it sounds interesting

 

Based on the name it might just be an permanently invisible ship, so we might never see it ^^.

The whole team won't be working on one ship, the performance update should be coming very soon. I managed to test it on 3 occasions and each time there were less bugs with it and more improvements

 

Not much change today apart from one line added to an xml file.

The idea of custom tournaments being arranged by admins sounds cool.

The Admin Goliath has an ability now:

This skill cloaks you, removes you from the minimap and prevents you from being targeted by other players.

I'm assuming it's just an easy way for Admins to get Special Enemy status without having to use their in game control panel / log thing.

It appears as though they are just going to make it a referee too, I first thought it might be a place holder image but there is now 7 references to it and all of them are the referee skin but with an ability.

is this new design for admins only or will be available to players?

 

Admins only, will just be used as a easy way to test things on live servers without players following them around.

 

you mean they test releases before they go live

 

No when a update gose live there is always bugs so players report them and the mods will go out in the ships and test them and get more info and post to the dev team to fix

 

Domination is making its return. There will be 5 new achievements and a leaderboard in the Hall of Fame.

Border Patrol
Assist in capturing 10 domination beacons

Developing attack
Assist in capturing 100 domination beacons

Space raid
Deal 5.000.000 laser damage to Demaner Freighter
Title: Space Raider

Military objectives
Complete all event missions
Title: Intelligence officer

Triumphant Conquest
Complete all listed achievements: Border patrol, Space raid, Developing attack, Military objectives
Title: Galactic Conqueror

It's not uncommon for the titles to change closer to the date of the event. Hopefully I will be able to uncover more information about the event soon as to what the changes that have been made to it are. There was talk of giving rewards for clans who manage to hold onto their bases for a long time in the event as well as the clans who manage to kill the bases which has been up for a long time, so will be interesting to see if this will be coming into the next event or not.
It's also pretty safe to assume the 11 unfinished quest entries are going to be for this upcoming Domination event.

Little update on domination.

There will be a user rating and a clan rating, so looks like as well as the whole company earning points there will be a leaderboard of individual users and clans, a bit like pirate hunt was. Hopefully means there is going to be individual rewards and clan rewards as well.

Turkish servers are getting the Hercules + Uridium deal again in 2 days so might mean that the rest of the servers will get one soon as well since this will be the 4th time Turkish servers have got it.
