game problems

im on gb1 and im also having game problems. i start a fight with a cube, then the cube vanishes and im locked onto an invisible cube with no prots. i go away from cube and still locked on it even if i try and click onto another alien.. i then went to port to jump from map but the port isnt lit up for me to make the jump. then im forced to log out from game. its been like this since earlier today, when all the problems started and im getting fed up with it.
i also have shield problems which i believe are getting looked at

I can confirm that the shield issues are currently being looked at by support.

As for your cubikon issue, Great Britain 1 and Germany 1 are currently testing the new reworked code before it goes live onto all servers, and as you may have experienced, we have had various issues reported to us.

These issues have been passed onto support who i am sure will be working to resolve these problems.

i am also having exactly the same problem with ice meteroids too. same as cube problem

Can i ask whether the game ultimately 'crashes' for you when this happens, for example do other aliens stop moving around?

I can confirm that the issue does appear to be happening with Ice Meteoroids also (or at least i have had it happen to me).

yes everything pauses but my ship can move. even other players that were with me, they looked frozen still but they obviously wasnt cos they spoke to me on chat and told me to move before i got popped by the cube or meteroid. i was seeing different to them, and yes eventually crashed out of game
