5-3 Issue

  1. hey i hawe to big problem with game.. i just jump 5-3 to colect last golden boxes but then i jump in 5-3 then game showe to me make new conection and all time i cliking and nothing and i cant log in then i close and when i start open my acc profile i cant log in to and all time puting error!!!!

    I have just flown through the pirate maps and was unable to recreate the issue you are having, therefore may i ask whether you could provide the following;

    Server:

    Also can i ask whether you have another hangar with a ship in another map which you could try using to get your ship out of the issue you are currently in?

  4. Ddraig,

    This issue VIP is having in the pirate maps is a real issue and not everytime you jump do you lose connection it seems to be random throughout the pirate maps 5-1,5-2 and 5-3. I had this problem on Global America 1 since the special holiday events December. I reported this to the support staff but, obviously this too fell through the Dark Orbit hole.

    If you are unable to provide support with your User ID, then please make sure you provide them with your Pilot Name (the one you use in-game) and also the server the account is on. Support should be able to locate your account for you.

    write me if i can log in game to go play

    Your account has been banned permanently as it was found to have been heavily abusing an exploit within the game. This is covered by our Terms & Conditions under the Code of Conduct:
    Taking advantage of software errors (bugs);

    The evidence is clear in this matter and the decision is final.

    what thats mean realy i dont get beck my acount to play ?? and how long i am baned
