    NPC's not giving any green booty boxes .
    On any given day a certain percentage of NPC's give green booty boxes . Tonight , 02/20/2015 @approx. 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST I have killed numerous Annis,Barras, and Sabs with not one being given
    ID#45581569-STARLIGHTHUSTLE- Global Europe.

    It's an ongoing problem already been posted about multiple times. Npcs aren't dropping cargo or booty boxes it's being worked on
