just joined again after3 years...

Hi guys

I quit 3 years ago because of the number of botters. However i decided to come back, now that they are gone.

I am really confused exactly what is going on... i usually play early in the morning like 3 AM. I typed \users and about 8 names came up... EIGHT?! What has happened to everyone i remeber the times where there were at least 5-10 ppl sitting on EACH gates in uppers and another 50 on home base. Is this just a temporary situation or permanent? I am super reluctant to spend any money at all because i dont want to waste any more money if the game is going to die in a year or two.

any chance they can MERGE SERVERS?

Also i remeber the times when i used to solo kami the cubea and get like 30-40k uri an hour. Obviously that isnt possible anmore with the 30 sec cooldown. What is the best way now of getting uri? (Gb1)

It's a temporary situation that has existed for a couple of years ...
Vast majority of people who played are gone, either left like yourself or got banned for botting when the huge ban waves happened. Merging servers isn't going to happen, it's been ruled out as something the developers are not going to do for a long time now.

I can't see the activity changing any time soon, however there are big changes planned for this year so never know, it might attract lots of brand new players, which is what we need the most.
Best way of making uridium is still solo cubes if you can get the map to yourself, besides that its probably just collecting boxes in battlemaps.

 

Run while you can, nothing to come back here for, accept its been killed by greedy businessmen and move on. Ive just started logging on again out of pure curiosity, havent played for about 6 weeks and went up the ranking list, dirty hackers/cheaters getting banned.

Okapi is right tho, cubes boxing is the way ahead nothing has changed there, crazy cubes are now on sometimes but expect horrible human beings to prey on those who are getting hit by it.

Personally, dont waste your time bud, disgruntlement aside, theres better games out there and bigpoint dont care about you, they never will.

 

SHHEE s it,s a different game but it,s still fun I have two hangars one holds a goli i haven't used it yet, but will soon. Build up your ship m8 and give it a go then decide if u want to play or not.

 

I'll put it into perspective Xeon...

I had my aegis with tank config and shield formation on drones with shield booster over 900k shield, got popped by a wallet warrior in about 4 seconds. So thats over 1.2 mil shields (including other config) plus aegis abilities, i was farming and i got sneak attacked, not far from portal either.

Granted ive been auto locked about once, which is good for this game, but you wont last long if you dont pay to play. Seconds for all the time and effort and equipment on my ship is dismal, all for a double maybe triple boosted ship with shield penetration drone formation equipped to pop me in 4 seconds, lol.

Its daft and shouldnt be happening, but it is. 1.2 mil is getting in the realms of higher limit shields, but you get popped like a day 1 player.

 

1.2m shields aint much when you put moth on, ddm mine, kami.

 

Players are leaving because BP has been short - sighted with its need for greed ££$$ + the situation with UFE players bullying weaker players is rife on GB1. It's not temporary at all, more players leave each day, until they merge GB1/GB2 the game will continue to be dominated by antisocial bullies!

GB1 is dead for most of the time. If you still want to play and have fun, it'd be better to start an account on global europe or global america. Those servers have loads more players.
Or just find a better game. Plenty of games out there where the developers actually listen to the players.
