Lab issues

twice now have sent resources from lab to ship, only to find they do not show up!!

Annoyed just a little bit, sort the game out before developing new ways to mess it up!!

 

3 times over last two days now, no resources sent but missing from lab!!

 

Strange, I think mods will need server info and your user id.

I am on Global Europe 7, and there is no glitch like this there.

Can you please provide us with your User ID and the server you are on? Also would you be able to describe further what it is you are trying to send, whether you insta-send it or not etc.

user ID: 64736189 SERVER: GB1 trying to send promerium, lost roughly 27k of resources from lab to citadel sat in 5-2.
Logged on today changed ship and the resources sent last night have been shipped to my ship in 1-8.

 

First time hearing this. You can ship resources to only one ship? I think you messed up something, log in back to the Citadel and the resources will be there too.

 

do you think im thick or something? i have sent prom to ship in 1-8 today, logged into ship in 5-2 after shipment time, to sell as had pally to sell, the resources from lab not showing on the ship in 5-2 or 1-8. there is a problem with lab and resources!!

 

Not isnta send either, just good old fashioned time send.

 

I am sorry if I have offended you in any way, that was not my point at all. I don't know if you had done the standard things, but try cleaning browser and Flash player cache. If it won't solve, than it is some bug and the support needs to be contacted.

As I have stated above, this thing haven't happened for me before.

 

After looking at the account I would ask what ore you are sending that you feel you are not receiving. As I did notice that you have the Lab CPU and auto refine clicked in your settings. If you are sending Seprom it is going directly to your lasers as you have requested. If not and you are sending a variety of ores... Please keep in mind that the auto refine will take these ores in most cases into promerium.

Close please Astrea, was sending prom to ship in 5-2, about 27k resources went missing over a few days, will stick to sending to 1-8 instead.
