Great job on this new update. SIKE its blown this game totally in the opposite direction of good anymore. the glitches are being abused like crazy and it doesnt help with the people who using these anti camo toys to see cloakers. please take away cloaks and emps and undo whatever you just wrote in the new scripts because is nothing but lag orbit instead of dark orbit now. i am slowly starting to ween myself off giving big point anymore money because they never help anyone or listen to any player. NO MAS DINERO FOR BIG POINT. until you fix these issuses. sorry but your killng this great game extremely quick. off to star conflict

Me too, although i get the same lag when im doin pvp or cubes but lag less when im creepin around darkorbit I like the update just deal with it Physco

At times my game is a bit jerky. My fps have went from 63 tops to 28/32. Not to good for me. Hope DO can sort this out.

 

Nope it is now laggy(er). I think some are improved, but made it worse for others.

Edit - This game is officially unplayable - click on something and nothing happens until maybe 10 secs l8r or more. Did Invasion gate and that was pathetic shot one NPC and gave up.

 

the only thing i feel different that makes sense is the seemed effect of moving slower. that may have made it feel less laggy. Emp is still not working correctly, still have to hit control to return to firing on the subject. and for some reason these is a glitch with the cloaks. i was cloaked amd my own company saw me and shot me as if i were uncloaked. i asked inchat and they said they saw my ship clear as day...

 

Yeh I dont like this update. I notice the sounds of lasers are off according to volley rate, the lag isnt gone for me. Its still the same or rather just a lil less, but pvping is different. Almost as if the damage has been decreased. It might be just something on my side, but i dont know. I notice that the HP doesnt go down for a while. EMPS react slower, I think this update needs an update lmao

 

to top it off using special for sentinal and being cloaked does nothing to help hide you. others can see the bubble form sheilds lool. yes emps taking forever if work at all and when the enemy emps i cannot for the life of me relock them or even shoot if i get lock. yes update needs more than an update more of the line of a redraw the scripts.

 

I get no lag so I don't know what you guys are talking about.....

Plus, the game is extreme smooth now,, so I don't want it to change back.

 

So the game is basically exactly same as before but with tables turned. Those with lag now don't have lag and those who didn't have lag now do. WonderfAAAAAAl

 

I almost never had lag before....

 

There is something going on with cloaking I got locked while in a swarm of protegits or whatever they're called(cloaked), raised my suspicions about some new glitch. As far as lag goes, not much has changed on my good computer(good before, good now), and on the cheap laptops it works much better. I did have a lag problem crop up but resetting my router fixed that.

I was thinking of making a big purchase here soon, but after tonight I may not.
Also not at all pleased with the conduct of the CM's on my server. Deleted my banking details over that one. Who polices the police? No one apparently.

Has been a few weeks since the update and I just started to experience lags and im starting to get stuck on establishing connection alot and im freezing but that started for me in september But other than that im good
