  1. Clans have needed some type of draw for a long time besides rank or anything else that doesn't give a benefit so I'm proposing a way to get perks for your clan.

    To keep this fair with small and less powerful clans so they still have a draw to get members, for every 5 members in the clan a clan gets a certain pricing cut for perks so if you have a small clan your at the same level as large clans (in respect to getting your perks in the same time period as them if your members donate in an even ratio to their clan). When that number is exceeded it requires additional clan fund uri and credits to get it working again but it does not require additional time to upgrade. After 35 members (if the clan max is 75) then the price cut is gone. After 50 members (if the clan max is 100) then the price cut is gone

    Donations

    Clan members can donate 1k uridium and 10k credits per 8hour period to the clan fund which can only be used on getting clan perks. In turn the clan member gets 10 clan honor per uri and .25 clan honor per credit for a total of 12.5k per 8hrs if the max is donated. Clan honor can then be used in the clan store. If you leave a clan your honor is halved for the next clan you join (if your kicked the reduction is only 25%).

    CLAN ITEMS
    Can range from boosters to brand new items the skys the limit. They are first chosen and then purchased by the clan leader to be put into the store using xp the clan receives when members do any tasks(the leader does not get the item unless they purchase it from the store like the other members). They are then available for everyone to buy in the clan store by using honor members have collected. As for pricing in clan honor have it be small amounts for little items and large amounts for substantial ones.



    Below are just a few example of clan perks and so many more can easily be added:

    MEMBER INCREASE
    Levels: 5
    Cost Per Level 10k Uri and 100k Creds
    Time to get to upgrade: 6 hours plus 2hours x the level (level 2 would take 10hrs level 3 would take 12hrs)
    Benefit: Each level adds anywhere from 5-10 new members to the clan (max of 25 or 50 new members per clan)

    DAMAGE INCREASE
    Levels: 10
    Cost Per Level 10k Uri and 100k Creds
    Time to get to upgrade: 8 hours plus 2hours x the level (level 2 would take 10hrs level 3 would take 12hrs)
    Benefit: Each level adds .1-.2% damage increase for all clan members (max of 1-2.5% dmg)

    SHIELD INCREASE
    Levels: 10
    Cost Per Level 10k Uri and 100k Creds
    Time to get to upgrade: 8 hours plus 2hours x the level (level 2 would take 10hrs level 3 would take 12hrs)
    Benefit: Each level adds .25-.5% shield increase for all clan members (max of 5% shields)


    HITPOINT INCREASE
    Levels: 10
    Cost Per Level 10k Uri and 100k Creds
    Time to get to upgrade: 8 hours plus 2hours x the level (level 2 would take 10hrs level 3 would take 12hrs)

    Benefit: Each level adds .1-.2% hitpoint increase for all clan members (max of 2.5% hp)


    Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    ADDITION:

    So every clan has there draws there will be a max of x amount of levels u can get for the clan which can be reset. So with this current example of only 35 levels u will have 25 levels to choose from and will be able to pick and choose if u want to max out a few or spread it out.

  2. Not a bad idea I like it but it needs more resources and a little but more of a bonus. But otherwise I like it. Perhaps a clan-only map with a personal CBS station where you can change ship trade ore etc

I like the general idea, however 10k uri and 100k creds is extremely out proportioned, i would suggest the starting upgrade for creds be raise to 30mill creds, not that hard to get for 5 players, and that as the upgrades increased so did the amount required to upgrade. i would love to see something like this, could bring clan wars to a whole new level. and as for the honor, i assume when you leave a clan that only half of the clan honor is deducted, if not than the reason should be to be loyal to the clan i guess.... so the clan items, why does the leader get to purchase them first, this would imply that they are not actual boosters, but the buffs instead? because otherwise the clan leader would be at a huge advantage even if he started a clan by himself and only got 4 noob friends, the leader shold be able to "donate" the items to players in the clan. great idea, just keep refining it
     
  8. Yeah im not quite sure on pricing it was just to make it so there isnt an unlimited amount that one person can donate.

    Yes when u leave the clan u lose half your honor so it makes being loyal something that has a physical benefit now.

    The clan leader purchases things to be put in the clan store, the leader doesn't get the items unless they purchase the item themselves from the store (think of it like a grocery store they pick whats on the shelves but dont get it for themselves unless they go into the store and buy it) Also the wording is changed now to make it more easily understandable.

  9. what i mean, i guess, is that do you lose your honor, or the "clan honor" you have gained?

    I like the idea in general. But the boosters would be way way WAY overpowered. It's the last thing we need, as well as basically useless compared to spending the same uri in the shop. I'd like to see the clan have the ability to set user-generated quests with rewards being these clan perks you're talking about. Maybe a clan pool of iris drones or LF-3s or B02s or something. Not UFE equipment, but a better way of disseminating regular ol FE equipment based on performance to those who accept the missions to grow the number of mid-power players. In summary: Good idea, but cut the uri donations, double the credits, and screw boosters. We don't need more boosters. We need more decent players with FE ships, let's allow clans to give them those items.

    so if ill join clan and ill get kicked tomorow ill lose 25% honor , or i will want to leave and ill lose 50% , even more cooler idea
     
  13. Yup just makes it so sticking with a single clan is rewarded and leaving isnt. And remember this isnt your normal honor its Clan Honor which can be used to buy things.
     
  14. I like the general idea of clan benefits but with the hp, dmg and shield boosts....I could be unkill-able, along with any other ufe with good config ideas.I could go tank on a speed config...Maybe we could work on other types of bonuses?
     
  15. tbh this has 2 much to read i like the idea of clan perks for the simple reason cos of the cost of the game and bigpoint trying to make it cheaper with the event no1 like to help others out cos there to busy tryigng to get there self sorted so been in a clan dose nothing anymore and something like perk should fix that so im a +1
     
  16. The ideas there are just examples they dont need to be followed. I leave any of the perks upto Do as they would be the best ones to find a good balance.

    I tried to make it as short as possible while still showing in an easy to understand fashion how it would work with a given set of perks.

  17. So your general idea is to implement clan perks into the game regardless of what they are as long as they actually help players and not make ufe the server superweapon?


    And this clan store sounds good,would be more meaningful to even be in a clan.Maybe that can be where URI increase from regular npcs take place of course excluding event npc such as (Demaner, Hitac, Icy , LoW gate ect....)
     
  18. Yeah that is all this idea is to make clans more worthwhile, not trying to make ufe hit even more, but the member increase is one that is needed 100%.
