new weapon the "matter cannon"

  1. this weapon goes in the rocket launcher slot sacrifices fire rate for power and uses focused matter to fire and has 3 different types:

    there are 3 types of focused matter semi-condensed(15k credits normal damage normal speed normal fire rate) condensed matter(300 uri x1.5 dmg fires with x2 speed 3/4 fire rate) and super-condensed matter(dropped from ubks(.5% chance 100 at a time)severely damages
    shield and bypasses it x2.5 dmg fires with x4 speed and 1/2 fire rate

    Matter-Cannon 0325% Chance from ebk85k10 secs

    85 000 x 10 = 850 000 + 680 000 from other lasers + 1.000 000 from RSB...how bout NO

  3. Read first lol.he/she said it would be in rocket launcher slot meaning only one. Or for citadel two. However could you give more examples please deathlykiller45?

    How are you supposed to equip more than one if you can only have up to two? (Citadel)

  4. Weird question, when your text already gives answer for your question :D Two is more than one... Just switch to Citadel, and there you go.

    I quess you mean "How are you supposed to equip more than two."
     
  5. Right that's what I meant ^_^ I usually post on my iPhone so basically stuff disappears a lot :/ but yeah.

Not to mention the horrible amount of damage they can do the middle one that is 50k uri per u can equip 2 of them. 150k dmg per 13sec aka 450k dmg in 3 shots compared to the one that does 85k per sec would only do 340k in the same time period. -1 from me unless the damage is decreased by a lot
     
  7. when I said that you can only have a certain amount of them that ment on both configs also it's the fire rate means it fires one every 10 seconds

    I messed my math up

    I like the idea but how about if u put one in the launcher slot and only then u can put 2 in the laser slots.
    These should be the only weapons the ship holds since the damage.
     
  9. This gets a no from me. Im not about extra power. The game is already unbalanced as it is. Im finding it harder and harder to get a challenge in pvps unless its 3v1. This game doesnt need new weapons per say. It needs new ships, new maps, new npcs, new quests etc. But thats just my opinion lol

  11. An idea that has stipulations where certain groups can't use it just to try and make it work is already a failure.

  13. Im sorry, where does it say that UFE's cant use it? all it says is that a ship with more than 5lf4s. That doesnt mean ufe. And that is a shame that a ship with 6lf4s would be left out.

    I don't get it, is this about a ''machine gun hellstorm''? Sounds overpowered and to complicated :p.

    A machine gun Hellstorm would be firing 10 rockets every second. This is more like a railgun. Extreme damage but very slow.
    A pnut with this would be extremely OP.

    Sounds to me like a double hellstorm launcher on citadel, dealing 40K with SAR-02 / HSTRM-02, and extremely slow :p
