suppor work too slow~!

  1. I wrote'd support more than 13 hours ago. Still no reply. I't wouldn't be so bad if i wouldn't have anything serious to talk about. But my account should get unban today and no reply so long. I am just curious, why it take so long? You should just ask new volunteers to work in darkorbit support or for chat mods. I think there would be a lot of these kind of people who would like to work for you darkorbit, and make the rest of us - life easy'er! Am i wrong?

    I really wonder why people create Usernames that are against TOS. The Ban is certainly not worth it.

    Also, it can take less than an hour to a few days depending on ticket load.

    Too much time and resources lost on their end.
     
  5. Still no reply. SMOD said that need to reply with in 24 hours lol. now 18 hours already have been passed. :/

    *USUALLY* If you get ban from using wrong/bad username, probably you got 48 hours ban. You should send 3 name to support so they can change your username and they can un-ban you.

  9. I am not sure about supports load but my experience puts them answering in 72 hours; 24 hours for automated response and then another 48 hours for a human initial reply. Of course then you have to state your issue all over again. :rolleyes: If the ban is short, I would either do the above or just wait it out and change the name. o_O
     
  10. You can contact with German Support. They will answer in 15 min. But sometimes they say "Contact with your server support." But its not good. "Every player can get help from every server support." And, you are right, i noticed Support team is reloaded :D New Support members working on there, but of course they need more members for fast answers.

    A few weeks ago i reported them to JPA glitch, but they said me clear your caches and i said omg :eek: !

    You should create a new ticket and you should write 3 new nickname, it will be more fast.
    If you dont, when they answer you "write 3 new nickname to us" and when you answer... You should wait more 2 days =D
