    Hello guys i recently found 1 quest which is for Level 13 and i am level 14 so i am unable to make it and i don't know the reason can some one explain? here is picture of the quest .
    i am unable to accept the mission where is the problem

    if u over you're mouse over the accept mission u will see a number of quest in red u have to do to unlock it

    You have to finish the mission first in order to unlock the quest such as "Cruising for Bruising", "Underhanded Aliens", "Invasion!"
    and so on

    You have to complete the npc and/or collecting quests before it in order for the bonus quest to unlock. o_O
