Football returns

I have been waiting 72 hours now for my football return from the game that happened on friday can anyone tell me roughly when the returns will be paid out?

Hmm they are meant to be paid out within 48 hours so something appears to have gone wrong there, best bet is sending a email to support and ask them about it.

 

I have sent two emails to support mate 1 yesterday and 1 today and no reply on any of them

 

There's been no news about the football uri on here so not much else I can suggest really, just asked on gb2 and a couple people mentioned they haven't got theirs yet either so I can only assume support have been made aware of it by multiple people and passed it on to be sorted.

Hopefully they get to you soon. At least if its something lots of people are having issues with it means its not just a one off thats gone wrong with your account.

i have had the same issue. also wrote to support and they said they have to put in it in manually so if a couple of thousand have done it around the world with friendlies and qualifiers could be weeks lol

 

I am still awaiting mine too. In 7 years of playing I have never known it take this long.
One would have thought if Support were delayed in booking it, that an announcement or apology posted on forum would be both good manners and good customer service.
It would also stop people fretting.

Ddraig thanks for your reply, England won 4-0 so why are support only paying 2x bonus not 3x. ? Is this error something they already aware of and going to sort out?

Yes your correct, i had forgotten the sytem changed a couple of years ago. However , it still means I have been paid 2x not 3x
