robbed and screwed by big point yet again

one week ago big point posted the england vs lithuania and clearly said
if u put 10 k uri on and england score up to four u would get 40k uri back i put on a 330k uri and 150k uri and got creditd x2 150k and 330k ur and know have kara from the apparent SUPPORT saying.
The soccer matches pay for a max of 3 goals, the first goal is your purchase so there is no bonus for the first goal as it has always been with previous matches. So you would have been paid for the 2nd and 3rd goals correctly

THEN WHY PUT A OFFER ON FOR UP TO FOUR GOALS???
no dout this post will be removed as yet again its big point again stiching up a player and taking there money for a fause deal and now yet again going back on what they offerd.if it was up to 3 goals why would i bother as that would ony be a mega happy hour deal that u might not get if no goals scored u would have to be stupid to do it.i am still oed 150k uri and 330k uri and nothing is being done about this because big point just lie and take money am pritty sure its agenst the law to fause advitise witch is clearly the case here.

 

Your probably going to hate me for this but you have a major support issue, that unfortunately can only be handled by support. Now it is Saturday night and as I and a mod explained to someone in another thread, DO's support, like most hq operations is closed for the weekend so you will have to wait until Monday to get anything else out of them. What I would suggest in the future is that anyone going in on a deal take a screen shot of the deal so you have a solid record of what is supposed to happen. I have seen various offers for matches in the past and it could be that your support tech is confused about what this offer was supposed to give. I didn't catch the offer myself on GB1 so I have no idea what it was. But knowing me, I would have just clicked past it anyways,.

 

i cant belive this.... am talking to that kara now iv had 3 emails from her telling me am wrong when i know and others it was a 4 goal event am getting no where with that thing in support who is completly wrong yet says am wrong now what??? nothing not a dam thing u have advitised a uri package and not deliverd thats agenst the law and am trying to sort this out and getting nowhere i cant belive no 1 from big point wont sort this out u have clearley broke the law and politely telling me to .... off with excuses i want a admin from here to sort this out or i will be going trading standerds and am shocked from what am seeing u offer a deal and u that courrpt u telling me i have to screen shot a event on my screen?? U KNOW WHAT EVENT WAS ON U KNOW WHO SPENT WHAT HOW MUCH AND HOW THEY PAID yet still just take peoples money under faule ads iv played this game near 6 years and am so discustid on how u have treated me and others in this case.

That's the FAQ and it clearly states;
Q: What is the maximum bonus I can get for purchasing Uridium while the soccer layer is up?
A: For Friendship/Qualification matches you can get 3 times the amount you purchased if your team scores 3 goals (including the initial purchase)

So when you paid to gamble you got x amount of uri, then when your team scored it's goals you got the proper amount as you stated since you got that initial amount of uri.

Next time you'll know it's not worth it to gamble on soccer games.

 

It does not matter what the FAQ says if the official announcement on the game page states that up to four times with four goals. FAQ has lots of outdated information. Yeah, this time FAQ was correct, but it was stated in the event window that up to 4x on the game page, people do deserve that 4x uri!!! It was mistake by BP that they made that 4x text there. FAQ is not something they can say "ohhhh but in FAQ it says that only 3x".

What if they would write in the FAQ with some tiny letters that you will only get 1% of uridium that you purchase during mega happy hour? If game says you will get 3x but you get 10k with 100€, does this allow BP to say "but FAQ said u will only get 1%, you should have read it sorry we can't give you 3x since FAQ stated it is only 1%". This is not the way it goes. BP is wrong here.

I clearly saw with my own eyes that it stated that up to 4 times more uri, BP is wrong in this subject. Dude you receive your uri, never go silent about this before you get it. BP if doing the wrong thing here.

 

This isn't the only example of BP advertising failure that trading standards would probably have a field day with. I doubt you will get anywhere with Kara so perhaps that's the best option for you to take.

Please be aware that as a moderating team we are currently still debating this issue with support and hopefully we can get the matter resolved over the coming week. We have provided evidence and a valid argument and i believe that this matter should be resolved soon.

This may be an odd question, but it is something that i've been searching for to try and provide further evidence, but did anybody manage to get a copy / screenshot of the soccer layer itself?

Let's tone down the discussion of the fine print, and think about the bigger concept is that why should it be capped at x3? First, w** is soccer events even for if, AT BEST, it gives the same amount of money as MHH. Second, the 3x cap is way too small, I mean soccer events statistically score an average of 2.6 goals per match. Even without a cap, statistically speaking, you should be giving less uri then MHH.

 

This is outrageous behaviour by BP, the splash screen definitely said x4 so why would anyone check the splashscreen against the FAQ to check its right, that is something that BP's internal QA procedures should cover not players. And why would you screenshot the splashscreen? players should have the confidence that BP wouldnt screw it's customers over. Who ever wrote and uploaded the splashscreen will surely still have it on their system. The fact that the original payout was 48 hours late makes me think that BP knew internally an error had been made and decided after a couple of extra datys to let the customer take the fall, for their employees mistake. That is poor customer service and terrible business practise.

 

Should, Would, Could... If I have seen it once, through the forums, I have seen it a thousand times. Look, you have to learn to protect yourself. Take the screenshot. Its called protecting yourself. Whoever put the splash screen up may not even have a job now and the splash screen deleted. With that if you do not want to protect yourself, you leave yourself open to this type of behavior. Can we go to the tech that loaded the splash screen? No, we don't even have a clue who the tech is. Would BP, or DO tell us who it was? Are you kidding? And tip their hand? One of the problems with working with an international business, located in another country is that you can not just drop everything and walk in their front door every time they screw up; Something they are banking on. Well, you could if you had the time and money to do that. But short of that, you really have to take the steps that are possible. Looking at the stars, I can see the OP start to get messages back saying "3 goals is it, so we are closing the ticket. Anymore communications on this subject will be deemed harassment." After that they will just put a block against his email coming in for a while. Ask others on your server if anyone possibly got a screenshot of it. Another idea is to search online for a picture of it.

 

In my past exp with Kara your better off asking to speak with her higher up. Sure it may take a few more days for the issue to get fixed. But it does get fixed the right way. From her stand point she is working for a company and is told this company is always right. We as the customer have grown to expect the customer is always right but not with big Point. Also if you have issues with the support team from dark orbit there is always another road. And that is to contact Big Point support i have provided you a link to big point support hope this helps.

i think (and i hope) that the soccer bonus is the same for every server

try to check the same faq in different languages, and you can find a possible solution (or a start point to discuss with support)

well, if i'm right, this type of bonus was used during a championship game (world cup or a euro cup), in the past -world cup 2010 or euro cup 2012-, and not for a friendship/qualification game

for what i know (note: i checked 4 official forums in different languages, and all report the same) the soccer bonus is:
If a player buys 30,000 Uridium:
only 1 goal is scored, he receives nothing additonal. (Original Purchase has been applied previousl to account)
If 2 goals are scored, he receives 60,000 in total (30,000 original purchase + 30,000 bonus)
If 3 goals are scored, he receives 90,000 in total (30,000 original purchase + 60,000 bonus)
If 4 goals are scored, he receives 120,000 in total (30,000 original purchase + 90,000 bonus)
If 5 goals are scored, he receives 150,000 in total (30,000 original purchase + 120,000 bonus)

white: friendship/qualification game (max for 4 goals or more)
red: championship game (max for 5 goals or more)

if BP changed the rule, i'd like to know it (and i'd like to see an official announcement)

OMG so it's not just me fighting with kara for a year lol...that girl sure does get around and not making friends in the process.

 

I tend to get annoyed with her, she only posts copy and paste things, and when you throw proof or something big at her, she only closes your ticket.
