Game Not Working

As soon as space ball started the game locked up and will not load. its not my cache. Its on D.O. side. Its Says Waits on dark orbit. Fail Yet Again.

 

Same here Johnny. I got in long enough to see TRU clan can still play though.

I been unable to play for hours. I'm also sick of complaining about it, and my wife is sick of me being sick of it.

We need compensated for this, I pay for box double, and rebate, and premium and these are wasting away.

EDIT: All gd day wasted, I get to watch my bases pop from the backpage I guess. I must have relogged a thousand times today. Fun ruined, holiday ruined, my poor noobs slaughtered at my base waiting for me to lead them. Pure hell.

I can't even get on. Stated the troubles before but it appears to be falling on unhearing and uncaring ears. Lag when I can sign on. Since 1:00 pm cst and it is now 4:45 and still can not get on. Fix this.

 

at the end of sb its fixed , lol , only on 1 hour and full sb, super, got 0 spins

I'm not insinuating foul play here, just in my life experiences, there are no coincidences. Ever.
Yes I read the post by the dev team that they blame it on 3rd party providers. Guess what guys, still ur problem not mine I'm the customer here not the employee. And when the execs see a major dip in revenue, guess who is getting let go? Not me.

I can't spend any more until I can actually play.

When it's fixed i may spend again. Not happy so you never know by the time it works properly I may be a customer of Gaijin only.

 

US1 lags up during the same hours every day. Some questionable players never lag. Check the players on during these hours, you may see a pattern.

 

I am sorry that you all experienced this type of in game issue. We are aware that there have been some outside attacks on the servers as well as players who are using the AT&T provider are also experiencing connection issue. We have passed this on, and I am sorry that I cannot give you a more definite response as to why this is happening.

For those players who have lost a galaxy gate due to this issue, please remember that each player is given one free gate replacement every 30 days. So if you have not previously had a gate replaced in the last 30 days... please feel free to contact support and request the gate be reset.

Well that was a much better response then we've been getting for a week now. Listening to the players could hasten up the pace of finding the "problems". Some of the players have been playing DO for hours a day for many years. They are by definition, experts. The "problems" go away instantly at mega or prime-time. My box dub, rebate ,and boosters send their deepest regards.
