I sent support a e-mail a while ago.

  1. I sent support a email asking why my account got banned. It is over a day and there has still been no reply sense they originally replyed and asked for my ingame name and server. This is crazy! What happened to the darkorbit team I remember getting email back withing a couple hours! Today is crazy cubes and im going to probably miss it because of DO's lack of support, or at least it would be nice to know why and for how long im banned! They dont do crazy cubes often and its a terrible event to miss. What a lack of customer support! Other game have phone numbers you can call to get customer support and e-mails that get responded to promptly. This game doesn't and never had a phone to call and now has long response wait time! I was playing and talking to my friends on raidcall then all of a sudden I lost connection to the server and whenever I try to connect in getting loginerror=99.

    The ticket number is 2015041010023635 if support can help in any way to get it speeded up that would be great!
     
  2. support dont work on weekends and it can take up2 3 working days

  3. That bull man. They don't work on weekend. What dont they automatically send a email saying im banned or something with a reason. Why doesnt it say the day im banned until when I try to login. It stupid. I think Im banned for a inappropriate username, how long is the ban for that if anyone knows?

    Two days normally, but usually you will have to ask them to change the name for you before you are allowed to log on.
     
  5. Oh so that sucks. They doing crazy cubes at 4 and I was banned around 4:30 so I won't be able to log in because they cant change the name for me yet... bummer
     
  6. The game has been terrible lately I'm sure they are swamped.

    They also prioritize and money/payment problems get taken care of fast I tell you !

    There are only players here 99.9999% of the time so it won't help at all to post here.

    Sorry, but hey if it was an American company they would care more about the customer. For some reason either they hate us or in Europe they just are rude to everyone. For God's sake, I pay these people's salary and they act like we are bothering them.
     
  7. I just tried logging in again. My loginerror 99 has changed to a loginerror 13. What does this mean?
     
  8. Laws, and attitudes are different in the states than they are in Germany. In Germany, they know the majority of players especially on the english servers are out of country. You are not going to get a group together to protest at their front lobby because of it. Here in the states, we would have a class action suite running 3 years ago that would had forced them to comply.

    It could be that they have actually looked at your ban and put it in a proper catagory, or it changed because of the number of times you have tried to login after being banned. I think that if you are banned, you should get an email about the ban immediately, if not withing 24 hours. o_O
     
  9. Yes you see here is my problem. I was playing and got a connection error. I try the try again button and it just loops for around 10 tries. I close the window and try to goto auction to big on something and it logs me out. I try logging in and it says no combination found or error with combination etc. I know that happens when someone gets banned. I checked my email to see if I got one saying Im banned but there was nothing. I thought I got hacked and changed the password around 5 times, but Im still having the same log in error. I googled the error its giving me (error 99) and it said it could be a ban. I think its a ban because I changed my name to something inappropriate and get kicked out around 10-15 min later.

    Now it been almost 2 days sense the "ban" and I still havent received a email saying I got banned, or got a email back from support. I still try to log in and change password but still gives me the same error.

    Also update my error 99 that switch to error 13 once again got switched back to error 99.
     
  10. They are 70% owned by NBC and General Electric. Am I right here or has it changed, and aren't these American, publicly traded corporations? There must be some recourse through them somehow. Just throwin ideas up in the air.

    EDIT: After some research it seems that Comcast owns them both now, and the Chinese own Comcast. :( No wonder we are up a creek.
    Try wrapping your brain around that crap.

    The users above are correct in that Support are more limited over weekends therefore you may have to expect to wait a little longer to receive an answer. However we don't deal with tickets in forums, you're simply going to have to wait for them to respond on the issue further and go from there.
