upgrading lasers

    Hello i have problem. Can you help me please? When i upgrade my lasers, shields, rockets or generators it bug.
    When i try to upgrade lasers rockets or shields it show only old amount of rocks on. I tried relog and clear catche but this always happens, sometimes i even lose my resources. But with generators is different thing, how much i would upgrade, it only show 1 min left and stay like this for days. This is going on for couple of days from now and i decided to contact with you, because seems no one know about this bug and looks like it is only happening with my ship. Can you help me please?

    If you had looked at what is already going on in the forums you would had found there are threads on this already. Several in fact The shields and speed generators is a visual bug that support is working on. The lasers and rockets is probably visual as well. While it may appear you lost ore on the lasers and rockets, it should show if you put ore on something else. Please look to see what is happening in the forums before posting next time to keep from making a duplicate thread about the same issue.

    rockets and lasers isn't visual, if i don't have anything on lasers i hit 10k if i upgrade it with 2k promi i still have nothin on lasers and still shoot 10k if i put 1k more promi on lasers i have 2k (old amount) and it uses only that and i shoot normally 13k, if i put 5k more i will have only 3k (2k+1k). Sometimes resources what i put on lasers just got lost imao.

    idk if this is part of the subject but ive been upgrading using the upgrade chart, and at 30% to get from lvl 2 to 3 LF4s i failed the single upgrade 20-30 times in a row for a single LF4 laser already, im pretty sure 30% wouldn't fail me that many time D: I dont want to do higher percentage.:(

    current status of LF4? still lvl 2.

    I don't talk about upgrading lasers, but upgrading laser amo with resources.

    I always upgrade everything at 100%...just be patient and wait for upgrade bonus hour.

    Thank you all for assisting the player with their question.
    As chixonator has posted, this is a visual glitch and adding 1 of the particular ore will update the timer.
