cant get ship i won on bid

    Received message saying I won ship in auction bid, went to hanger and no allocation button, Also deleted message cause I didn't think I would need it , any more. so now I out 1,989,000 or so credits, That I used for the bid. Please help.......Thnks . ResirectorIII

    Relog, the usual clean and clear and if all else fails support ( do u have two hangars )

    Double check you won the ship and lost credits.

    Then contact support with the information.

    Hi resirectorIII,

    Could you please post a copy of the log / mail stating that you have won this item?

    Also, can i ask what item it was? I want to check to make sure it was a ship your purchased and not a ship design, which is different.
