Now im just plain mad

  1. So this isint the first time BP has ignored emails but it makes me really angry that they wont respond ( they leave a not that said ) all emails will be responded to. Well guess what no response not the first time for me but really BP? come on at least answer u can be as cheap and crappy as you like by copy and pasting or whatever but at least give me a answer

    ( yes I know at the bottom of the email it said if ure case is under investigation by BP but mine didn't say that )
     
  2. May I ask how long you have waited for a response? Sometimes they might take a while to respond as they have an order in which they have to help others who have sent emails before you.
     
  3. Sometimes it depends on the situation, instead of emailing to BP about problems or such, you should send tickets to support claiming your problems, not BP itself.

    there is an automated email you get from support at first and they wont respond unless you reply to that email with your actual problem (incase you didnt know)
     
  5. If you want things taken care of the right way stick to Big Point support. We all know the dark orbit support team is lacking these days. Why there lacking we will never know, but they are a hand full of ppl who have a lot on there plate. With all the bugs and server issues im sure there inbox was blown up this week!
     
  6. That automated email does not have to be answered. I never answer it and still get another one a few days later from a, ahem, live person.
