    Idk, im idiot probably

  2. You don't have to play to use the forums

  3. Well technically you are correct lol, but you still log on lmao

  4. Well I guess it doesn't really answer the "Why do you play" question, but I'll say why I still log on. Mainly because I spent a hell of a lot of time and money on here, and met so many people, that I still like to know what's going on, from far. :)

  5. I think alot of people have that same reason. Its not so much the game, because very little is being done to entice our interest. Its the people in my view that keep us playing

  6. I like hunting boars in the forest !! (South Park reference here).

Seriously tho, the premise for noobs is fun...a space game....cool....I stayed for 3 years because I like building things. My favorite games are sims like the Tropico series, or games like Starcraft.

Once I get UFE, I will see if I still like the "game" anymore lolz!! maybe I'll follow in Omega's footsteps :).

  7. I figured this question would've been easy to answer when I set out, but it's actually quite difficult.

I suppose the reason I just keep on coming back is to do with the community and the friends I've made. I've met a lot of really cool people on here and I'm glad to call some of them close friends as we've gotten to know each other over the years. DarkOrbit is the one thing that we all have in common so it's nice to take a break from reality and do stupid stuff together.

Then there's the fact that, balance issues aside, DarkOrbit is actually a really good game. Sure, there are a lot of things I'd change, but my idea of perfection is exactly that - mine.

I also can't stop playing because of the amount of time I've already invested into the game. I don't want to see it all wasted. We all have the potential to win JPA one day. ;)

i guess the blues traveler have the right answer: because the hook brings you back

  9. I play because I actually like the PvP just requires to much farming. This is the most glitched game I have played but once again I really like the pvp in the game, can be down right awesome when everything runs smoothly, as for another reason I like playing with others. This one of the most social games I have played also, although the community can be questionable.
