hi, i bought 39 pound worth of darkorbit otherday and now do are saying i owe them 39 pound, and if i dont pay them bye the 17 there going to disactivate my account, ive been a member since 2008, and ive never come across anything like this, i dont have the money to pay that, im wondering if you give me -uridium or something instead. thanks

darkorbit it self when i click onto uridium, ive never come seen anything like this before, if something did happen like this they got -uridium, and ive spent alot of money in past on my account and it would be shame to look it as i put alot of effort into this game and money into this game, im just asking for -minus uridium dont care how much, just want to be able to keep my account

When was the last time you brought uri and how much was it?(How much did you spend)

 

did u use paypal and not have the money in the account if that is the case u have to pay they will not put you're account into - uri

 

it was on the 3/5/2015, on all my receipts in email it comes up to 39.18, is there any chance i can have minus iridium instead, really dont want to loose account

 

it was using my debit card...

 

They won't just give you minus uridium.

As it clearly says in the email, if you don't pay for the uridium your account will just be closed.

 

thats odd as if there is no money in you're account it wont do the transaction

i thought i had money in my account, it tuck the transaction so didn't think anything of it, also if dark orbit do disactivate my account and i get the money after will i be able to reactivate it at any point?

prob add interest /prob may not but they should do as they said deactivate you're account not delete it
