Apology not accepted!

    Hello,

    I was thinking to write this a few days ago, but than the chat went down so I decided to wait a bit longer to see if there is any chance of a change. Well, there was not.

    LoW Gate exploit - punishment (23 april)

    So people were banned for exploiting a bug that actually worked in their benefit. Personally, I regret I didn't know about it, I would use it too. This announcement is also the main reason I am starting this topic. Here is what I have in my e-mail:

    The question in that particular ticket was regarding the demaner event and it ended on 27.04, so the reply I got from the ticket was completely useless to me. After 22nd I've send few more tickets and in one of them I asked why support is not answering my tickets. I got this reply:

    Few days before that I send another ticket about a 'phantom barra'. I killed a barracuda, but for some reason if I stayed long enough on one place the barracuda although wasn't anywere to be found was blowing up on my ship constantly and making me take damage. That didn't fixed itself - I tried jumping trough maps, stayed logged off for a few hours, but it was till there. At the end I gave up playing. You wonder what the reply says?

    I haven't been playing for the last 2 years, but now that I am back this is pretty much what I receive in my tickets - sorry, we appologize, etc. And those things are working in my (our) disadvantage.

    As I mentioned above the reason for me not to write this earlier is because I was expecting something different than apology when the chat went down. Darkorbit is browser game where the 3 companies (MMO, EIC and VRU) are at war. If you go to war and you lose communications even for a few seconds this can be fatal. The chat was down for a few days. Do you have any idea what will happen in war if there is no communication for day? For 2 days? And what will bigpoint say about it?


    So lately when there is a game problem that is in benefit of the players they are punishing them, but when it is not they just say 'sorry'? Well, I am not happy about that and I do not accept bigpoint's apology, I expect more. Do you feel that DarkOrbit is letting us down? Can you accept their apologies? How many more things they have to apologize for? Do you think that instead of apology we should actually be compensated for our troubles? If you feel the same way and have similar situations feel free to post them here.

     
  2. Others people complained about this too, especially happening on 5-3 map. Not sure if it got fixed, but I know there were threads around about this, your ship gets blown up and you can't see who is shooting you. In the end, you will see you are destroyed by a barracuda, strange. I have been collecting palladium in 5-3, but didn't happened this to me :cool:
