    I tried to receive my care package and it sent it to the wrong server I play on east coast 2 and it send it to GA4 which if u saw my daily log in bonus its at 1 im trying to contact support buy anyone else got the same problem?

    Be glad you got one. They need to fix it so you just get it upon your server login. I play on, umm 7 now, but I can't even get a newsletter.

    This is the first that my friends have received in that long and I still have not received mine so I guess I just lose out.

    Hello ~ULTRA~,

    In order to get a package for a different server, you will need to contact support to have it switched over internally. Otherwise, it will just keep giving you the code for your old server.

    Per support, I have had this happen a couple of times, and I've never been able to have it switched to my main account. So, if they can switch, that's a new one.
