[TI] Booties Disappearing but still Charging

Hi, Fat_Rat here,

Iv'e picked up precisely 23 booties which have charged me the keys but the booty box has disappeared and not give me the reward. This started during just before the upload of the Parasite Tied event and is still happening, which i know is happening to other players. I want my keys back or the equivilant uridium for 23 keys (prem+rebated)

No lol its happening to alot of people, You sound like Kara xD I have software that runs and clears my whole computer+networking data every morning so that isn't the problem bud, but thanks I guess "p

 

Its a game bug not a player bug, he's right, and should be booked back what was wasted, however

Fat Rat, you might be screwed unless you took screenshots off all the wasted keys...

 

I cant be expected to screen shot this as it happens after the booty has disappeared as there is like less than 1 second delay between the booty disappearing and the key being deducted. Its impossible to do and they do not show under my balance or logbook as being used. I am not using any more keys untill mine are booked back to my account and the Parasite Tide event has finished and these bugs fixed. I am wasting time on collecting my last 5 LF4, boosters and ammo not being able to collect which is putting me at a loss I feel let down by this particular bug as its stopping me acquiring what I need.

Yeah, i'm waiting on a apis day on west for my 2nd account. I'm hoping i don't get screwed, or DO's gonna feel it.

What I would recommend is that you can contact support and they can verify the money that you spent for collect Booty boxes you did actually receive a Booty Package. There are records of these on your account.

Please send support the following information:

Ship Name( Not Ship Type)
User ID:
Server:
Registered Email Address for the account.

and a Brief description of the problem and request.

I believe what he's saying is, which im dealing with the same thing..
"Just bought a box doubler, now i only make half of what im suppose to, because all the damn boxes, disappear.."
I believe all those who got box doubler during this issue should be compensated, since our money is, as usual, being wasted.

 

hes having 2 problems 1 hes picking up booty's its taking the uri for the key but the booty's are vanishing

second problem is with event boxes and normal boxes and it is server wide when going to pick up a box it vanishes you can pick up about 5 boxs go to click on the next 1 and it vanishes so what hes saying out of the 100 boxes hes clicked 50% of them have no vanished so hes losing out

PS rat why buy 8weeks of BD when the event don't like that long and u can buy the BD for 1.59 for a week give or take a few pence

 

Astraea I did that the same time I opened this thread. It wasn't me that bought the doubler for 8 weeks String, I have a weeks worth at a time as I've currently reset my pp for boxing which seems like a whole waste of time atm putting me at a disadvantage damage wise, still kick ass like ") but yeah not happy about this at all 23-25k down the drain and possibly lf4's and designs missed out on.

 

its me that has bought the 8 weeks doubler, and i always buy it at the top price ( 8 weekly ) as ive done for god knows how long . not to mention, i bought the doubler a week BEFORE the event that i didnt know was coming on anyways?? this event is on for 2, almost 3 weeks ?? .. so if the devs dont get their finger out and fix this issue soon, then it looks as though im going to get only half the full use of my doubler due to the rest of the event time only dishing out around half the boxes .. not to mention, with disappearing bootys, if it doesnt get fixed and an lf4 or zeus day comes on, im going to be held up from buying keys for bootys until its fixed like the OP of the thread has been, as well as out of pocket. the dev teams lack of urgency in fixing issues any time soon of late is getting frustrating as the months go by.

 

your right DO nurffed the boxs you cant get a box between the lag and them vanishing

 

Yeah i've noticed a considerable about of lag since yesterday, its irritating to say the least when boxing. I've been sick for a week now, so all ive done is box on my west account in hopes of getting it built up, now im just getting annoyed.

Right, another bug (or are your lot doing it on purpose?) Bonus boxes are not only disappearing in front of my eyes like the booties have
(26 now -_-), I'm actually picking boxes up and are not giving out anything at all. I wouldnt be so concerned or raise this matter for the fact that its doing it to 60% of the boxes. This is not on Astraea.... more ammo, gg spins and uri lost, box doubler going to waste. I don't really care for the event, it is fun and bringing a few old players on, but for us that want to go about business getting spins, ammo and uri its debilitating and a real waste of hours, boosters and so on.

I appreciate that the dev team and other departments are looking into this matter.

I am sorry that I cant look at this matter further, I can only recommend that you contact support and have them look at the Keys spent and verify that you are not receiving the items. Then they can process this issue on further, however we here in forums cant even test this issue.

I do offer my sincerest apologies for not being able to assist further on this matter.
