Kappa gate lives

    Hi, I lost my kappa gate due to having 2 lives, Since you get 3 lives with kappa and I got 2, lost one live during loging out and died during the 10th wave, I would like a admin to look into this and see if I can get my kappa back. I dont have proof (pictures or stuff) since I didn't realize it.

    you cant log out in gate :s do you mean lag and you can get 1 get reset a month but u have to email support without 48 hours i think it is of losing you're gate

    Thank you all for your assistance with this players issue.

    As you are correct, in the event that a player has failed a gate. It is possible to contact support and request a courtesy gate reset. Courtesy gate resets are available to players every 30 days, however the player must contact support with 48 hours of the gate being failed. Players are also only given 1 courtesy gate reset every 30 days.

    Ok, I contacted support and they gave me back my gate. Admin may close.
