I lost all LF4, Drones and disigns. why ?????

  1. good night folks
    for about two years, I was working out of the country and I could not continue playing darckorbit. when I returned I tried to resume where he was going but to my dismay I lost everything, all of the goliath disigns and aegis, full iris, full LF4 in all slots and pet. ask service help anything! the answer is that they could not replace what was sold o_O???? I did not sell anything, my account was attacked and those responsible for the game did not give me solution:mad:.:(, my desire to play was gon, sadder still is to have spent more than 500 € and the treatment of bigpoint ... or Portuguese representative who did not bother to explain or try to help!!!:mad:. anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?
     
  2. What BP treatment you talk about? If your account has been "hacked", it means it is your fault cause you told someone the password, or you had weak password. If BP had some hacker attack, than we would all know about that cause many more accounts would be destroyed. Like this, no company can give you anything back. Sadly, but true. You are responsible for your account login info, and also for your password strength.

    Anyways, if you want to play the game, create new account. As you said in your post, it seems that you are really experienced player and I am more than sure you won't have troubles around as you already know what you need to do to develop faster. Plus, the new beginners missions are really good, and they give awesome rewards. I do encourage you to start over and forget the past. S*** happens buddy. Next time, be more careful. That's all you need to do :)

    Did you tell them that you had been inactive for 2 years?

    When an account is inactive for 2 years (or any long period of time) it "disappears" but support can recover it and all the equipment it had. If you had gave them the impression that it had been hacked then they would tell you that there was nothing they can do however in this case your account was reset by the system due to a long period of inactivity so it is possible to recover it.

    Make sure you email them back with the detail of everything explaining that you have been gone for a long time and the equipment was deleted due to inactivity and not because anyone sold it.

    Than, I do encourage the OP too, to message support again, and as Okapi said, tell every possible info about your account and hope for the best :) Wish you luck buddy.
     
  5. ok, I did not explain myself well, I thought that my account had been hackde, because support said that the equipment had been sold and I did not sell. But then I learned that if the account is inactive for a long period this can happen. the problem is that BP representative Portuguese did not yield solutions. almost like saying "spend your money ass, is what we want." maybe I should talk to the boss, someone has the email ?? I know that not everyone is like that, but it looks really bad when people treat us this way. :(

    AVP_Flechanegra, I am sorry you have had this experience. However as this is an account issue, there is nothing that can be done here in Forums. You will have to continue your dialogue with Support regarding this matter.
