[TI] EMP-01 Mines

I've collected around 20 EMP-01 mins in booty boxes today and only 6 of them have added into my ammo. I've re-logged numerous times and they still aren't there. Someone fix this.

 

It's a visual glitch. Some are actusly mines and some are bursts. I had this issue, and I use emps and noticed I didn't get any son I checked emps and they were there

 

I looked at EMPs couldn't really tell, but either way i stayed at 6 emp-01 mins all night and collected another 15 or so since the post.

Well, i never got those emp-01 mines lol. And i had watched it during the time of this post nothing went up.

Hello,

As previously mentioned, you may have received the burst vs the mine. If you feel that you did not receive something that was from a free to collect box. My suggestion would be to contact support, provide them with the user logs and let them sort it out. As we here in forums do not have the ability to see what you received from every box you have collected.

I mean, this is long over, they're not in my logs anymore, but it would be nice if issues were dealt with when mentioned instead of being brought back up 2 months later. We know support does nothing but blame us for issues that occur, and don't do their jobs, we get more out of forums.
