[TI] Helix mission dissapeared

all my missions have gone :S lol

 

My mission is not showing either but all my friends have it and are doing it ? .... On US West Server

 

I logged on at 11.05 last night to do the last quest and was disappointed it had vanished, read chat for a little while to see most other people didn't have it either, some said they did but don't know if that's true, then went to forum then logged off. I know this has been said many times before, Big Point need to keep players not drive them away. I don't play much now and it's the 1st time in years i haven't got premium, i was thinking about getting it again but after this latest annoyance i wont, it's time i did something better with my time

Please know that support are aware and are looking into this mission and why it has decided to disappear on the last day. Hopefully the issue shall be resolved shortly.

if u have a mission showing, even after the event will it give rewards?

All missions are missing on GB1, Normal, daily and quest!!

 

Yes this is getting annoying everytime Bigpoint comes out with an event the players do all of it to the last one for it to disappear. It's also getting annoying that when you guys don't have an answer you will just end the post and not say anything else like last time. I guess were all just getting used to bigpoint screwing up.

 

Thanks for responding Ddraig, we appreciate it. Should the special boxes also be out today as well? Could you perhaps ask about those as well?

As far as it looks, the event ended a day early....boxes and missions ? Could you look into both these aspects of the event plz and thank you.

 

Every event quest is back, is it safe to re-do them?

 

Hi all,

The event mission should now be back and displayed for all users, furthermore the event has been prolonged a further 24 hours therefore it will end tomorrow (30th) at 23:59h server time.

Whilst the quests have reappeared, we are currently asking about the event bonus boxes.

All of the event missions are showing on USA east coast and I was able to load the last one.( have done the others)
I will do later in day so not sure if it will work the way it is supposed to.

Yes, it is safe to do all the missions again, there will be no punishment for doing them twice.
