[GI] friends and bonus

hello,
i have invited 5 friends to level 10 and i got the reward from them and a premium month and now after 1 year and half i have in my bonus page 12 friends all 11+ and some of them even 18
i got all the rewards from each one (1 clo4k cpu and 5 LD) but not the month premium and envoy design
can you tell me what is the problem?
i am sure they have different ip because they are from other country and i got the simple rewards

 

The design is for inviting 25 friends and getting them to level.
Besides, it's a useless design, and it just shows desperation :3

 

How? I love that design. Plus the EMP's save you a couple hundred k not to mention free lf-4 and havoc, not that the havoc was necessary

ah yea i don't care about design or even lf-4 because it is impossible to get 13 more , but i want the free premium month , emp and rsb

Unfortunately we are unable to investigate the friend invite bonuses from within the forum. You would need to contact support if you are missing any rewards, be sure to provide them with any evidence that you did receive part of the rewards just not all of them.

The friend bonus system rewards have changed slightly than in the past, in that there are now Nostromo designs for 5 friends (Diplomat), 10 friends (Envoy), and 25 friends (Ambassador), amongst other rewards. If you go to the 'Bonus' page you should be able to hover over the three boxes to see what their each respective reward is.
