    Hello, please help. Do not get letters to my mail. I can not change the password.

    Check your spam, and try sending again. If that doesn't work you'll have to contact support.

    If you use hotmail , sometimes 1-2 hour you must wait for new email.I recommend you to use Gmail.Gmail has more security and it is more faster then hotmail.
