[TI] "Bonus" issues

Hi, i recently decided i would try to get the special nostromo designs that are only able to be acquired thru the bonus section on the homepage.
A person sends an invite to a friend, they i assume go on their email and click the link then proceed to make an account, and once they reach level 10, i should get a reward of log disks and and a cloak cpu, as well as the count of "1" friend getting to level 10.
The issue that i have is that my friend reached level 10 but i didnt get anything for it, now idk if the server they play on matters or not, if it has to be the same as the server i play on or not.
Does the bonus section not work? it would make sense if it didnt cause i have never seen anyone with an ambassador design nostromo before. plz help.

It needs to be level 12 then you're one down 24 to go

 

ah i did not know that, it says level 10 on the bonus page :T

 

My bad for the first few it's 10. Then it's 11. Then 12





Your problem may be that the other account is on the same IP address as yours so if it's a family member or friend who's doing it from your computer it won't accept it.

xXŞĮNĶĮŁŁĘŖXx™, did your friend use the email sent to them by the system to register their account? This is the only way it will count towards the rewards.
