[GI] new drones

hello

i noticed that some new formations has changed

i bought ring and dome, ring was 180% and now 120% and with less speed

dome still no regeneration

kindly if it possible i want my uridum back and take these two formations

i bought ring formation because it gives good advantages with acceptable navigate things for me, but now i wont buy it if it was like now

i think u have test these formations previously why now you made update!

i think it is my right to return what i bought because DO changed them

my objection about the ring and dome formations

Likewise, I too would like a refund for this as I particularly purchased it so I could gain the 180% increase to shielding.
It doesn't seem fair that I bought it for my hard earned money in which Bigpoint decides to change it after that.

All purchases are final once you have used the item. Even if you claimed "by accident" or "just to test it", will not work in your favor. Support will decline your request, and the same will be done in the forums.

 

you are right if i bought something and it still *same* things and i don't like it as u said then i will take it because i have red the positive and negative ability's and i choose to buy it , but if they change something we have right to refund it *changed* because i didn't read these new update actually i forced to take it and i wont buy it if i had the option

 

in other words i bought something and the seller gives me item not like described even if i used it its not my fault its the seller fault

It doesn't matter. You already bought it, you already used it, it cannot be refunded. Sell it for credits and suck it up.

 

It's literally not that bad anyways. It's better than heart by far. Heart gives 10% shield for -5% damage, this is 12x better with less than half the damage reduction it *should* and yeah heart has a ho boost but whatever. and really if you're chasing someone in ring they're already done so switch. If you're running it's only 5% speed loss.... The shield bonus way makes up for it. So really what is the issue.

 

Guess what. A car is also 20-100k. Ring is a CC session, a day of boxing or $25. Also they didn't take off the turbo and the AC. They reduced the MPG some and added nitrous solution as a possibility.

 

yea but i still have the choice to take it or leave it...

is it that hard to understand ?

Aviator, I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with the changes to the Drone Formations. Unfortunately only Support can handle requests for refunds. Please put a ticket in with Support describing the issues and they will look at what can be done.
