I Want a Refund! NOW!

 

If you seriously want to swing the pendulum back into the direction of skill, then get rid of these pathetic additions to the game (designed specifically to make money) & let's go back to the good old days when it was actually a game of skill.

There is very little skill in this game now, particularly when WWs not only buy everything, but also use cheats & additional outside programs as they would probably be pathetically useless without them.

And YES!!, additional outside programs DO EXIST!! There is no point denying this.

So then, where is the skill if you go against an evenly matched opponent who is using cheats, hacks &/or outside programs to gain a huge advantage. You call that SKILL. I call it PLAIN AND SIMPLE FLIPPING CHEATING!!


And YES, players should get refunds.

If I bought an item & found that the specifications of the item had changed, TRADING STANDARDS & CONSUMER RIGHTS LAWS would entitle to me a full refund regardless.

By not giving refunds Bigpoint & DO are stating that they do not adhere to any laws or rights issues & that they are so big & powerful that these laws do not apply to them!!

THAT IS PURE & TOTAL POPPYCOCK & BALONEY!!

 

I amongst many other players had specifically got the ring formation because of the fact it gave us 180% increase to shield , We were not informed about whether there would be any changes or alterations to the figures.
I kindly ask the people in charge to either change the formation back to the original figure or give us a refund for the uridium( whether it was bought or earned).
This is unfair as right after we buy the formation you guys decide "Oh it's far too OP", Well GUESS WHAT?
You lots should have thought of that in the first place For Christ's sake.
I WANT MY REFUND.
The Moth formation could already have counteract the Ring already as it was, and 40% decrease to lasers , so why on Earth did you lots change it??
Honestly I don't give a damn about why, what or how, I want a refund that's it.

I really liked the ring. Now it's of no use to me.

 

They should increase the HP for Heart and for Saturn ship design, people might use them again.

The change to Ring has made it BETTER !!!....... HARDER TO KILL with Moth, or any other formation.

I agree the bait and switch is annoying as HELL !!!!!...but the change made the Ring formation stronger not weaker.

Think, Moth attacks HP, ignoring shields..... If you had Moth, WOULD you rather fight a Ring Goli hitting 30-40 k with 2 mil shields (old ring), or a Goli hitting 50K or more with 1.5 mill shields (new ring).....With moth I would RATHER fight the first ship....

Yes, the Ring is now NOT an escape formation, but maybe it shouldn't be, that's what Wheel is for. The new changes have made the Ring MUCH STRONGER in 1v1's now.....and people are only worried because they can't run....

Be it for BETTER OR WORSE, the Ring is now much more OP than it was, you simply can't run in it anymore ( but why would you want to run, now that its stronger ?? !!).

You can all still run too ya know, fight with Ring on tank side, drop to Pincer, diamond, or drill when shields are at half, and keep fighting, if you STILL arn't gonna make it, switch to speed side, pop smoke and run !! (then use dcr, slow mine, icy rocket, and Wheel formation.....if you die still, it was meant to be lolz!)

I'll say again the switch is awful in principle, but all you Ring owners just had the design beefed up, NOT nerfed !!

 

You cannot sell something to someone and then change the way it works. Those of us who already purchased the formation should be refunded or the formations should be returned to their original configuration.

So basically if bp says they wont refund product which was advertised as completely different and then sold as different we paying customers should contact ECC and dispute this.

and the dome formation is still weak with this update.

 

Ikr if anything it should be dropped further to 100% or 80%.

i bought ring and drill, i want my uri refunded, this is outrageous.

 

I am with agreement with Lucy i bought it with the intentions of what it said 180 percent in sheilds this is crap and I want my uri back

 

Dark Orbit u sold us on aspects of certin abilites of formation and u pull the rug out from us , do what is right and do something about this

Now you have a fairly tough (and even more powerful) design that just can't run......WOW....have wheel set on you hot keys and run if you need.......

FOR THE RECORD.: 120% shield increase, with only 25% reduced damage is BETTER ( SEE That says BETTER ) than 180% shield with 40% damage reduction...If you all can't see that then WHEW !!..... what can I say.

If you want to run in a fight then run, just switch formations!!

I agreed on principle with everyone that BP shouldn't have switched it....BUT BUT BUT if you all can't see that they made it stronger, you need to wake up and smell the coffee !

AS soon as I saw the damage was increased for this design, I went and got one immediately lolz....maybe I shoulda come on the forums or Craig's list first...cuda gotten one REAL cheap from all you complainers who don't know what you have LOLZ HAHAHA !!

The biggest issue all the so-called complainers have is that there is a speed decrease on this formation. There is absolutely no reason for there to be a speed decrease on Ring. A good chunk of people I'd be willing to bet bought Ring so that they could have a better chance of surviving. Now there is really no point in using Ring if it is just going to slow you down. Additionally, there wouldn't be any issue if these changes were made on the Test server, where they should have been in the first place. I've never seen a business release a product, charge money for it, change it substantially, and then not offer any sort of refund for the product. Maybe that's the way Dark Orbit rolls, I don't know, but to me, it's pure [removed].

Lastly, if Ring was made so much better according to you, why is it I don't see the formation being used anymore? Is it because my entire server is stupid and doesn't know how to play? Or maybe it is because people came to the same realization that Ring is not worth using anymore.
