[GI] how do i remove?

    ok so i bought a capsule pack and used fastpay option. i then closed the payment tab opened it again to just SELECT the capsule pack again i never bought it yet. however it automstically took the monry and i recived the second capsule pack. so how do i remove my personal payment information in psyments?

    ok i was able to remove the information. but just something i wanna ask. when i just clicked the capsule pack and it bought automaticwlly i never recieved a transaction id or a process id yet i still gt the capsules. should i be worried/
     
  3. Did you get an email about the purchase? Also, check your payment account to see if the money came out. Lastly, look at your account to see if you actually got the item.


    They answer should be the same for all three...

    i got an email for my actual purchase and the one that i never even got a transaction info on. only money was taken on my first purchase not on the one i never got the informstion on. and i got 2 small capsule packs which are 2 each so i got 4. and used em all. so.. yaaa..
    also im trying to always cancel my payment informstion by clicking the subscriptions but sometimes it goes to the banking is there another way to remove my payment info?
     
  5. Depending on when the purchase was made, it could take a few days for the second transaction to finish up. Just watch for it for a few days.

    i did by credit card method so it should already be automatic?

    also what really got me angry was that i got the items 1 hr after i purchased them. so dunno what going on

    to add when i buy capsules, arent i suppose to get some code that i can give then they get 10% or something never got one.

  9. They stopped issuing the codes several months ago.
     
  10. When making a purchase (using a new credit card) there is a box to check if you want the information saved, you have to uncheck it to NOT SAVE information. This will appear with every purchase until you SAVE card information. You can have more than one card on file and if you want to have one on file and use a different one there are 2 (or more depending on saved information) credit card selections. The stored card(s) are first in the list.

    Go to the subscriptions tab in URIDIUM PAGE at the bottom (under active subscriptions) you will see a line to delete/cancel payment information and subscriptions. This will cancel ALL active subscriptions and delete ALL payment information.

    If you want to benefit from the 10% increase of URIDIUM purchase you do not want to delete the payment information and if deleting is to prevent the duplicate order being charged (as you used the purchase) whether you delete the information or not it is still part of the transaction record so they still have that information in their records.

    There may have been an issue with the card processing site and unable to process transaction immediately, they do have LAG issues just like the GAME does.

  11. To delete information:

    Main page select Uridium, on left select subscriptions,
    now select Delete your personal payment information and cancel running packages.

    Any current running subscriptions will run until finished but will not renew.
    Now your information is deleted. In order to purchase again, you will need to re-submit the information.

    Personally, I use a pay as you go type credit card. I load what I want to use and then use it. My information remains but no mistakes can be made, there will not be a balance on the card until I load it again.

  13. You can't. You need to use photo bucket or tiny pic type site.. then insert the pic.

    fluffy101, As stated above, you can post the picture to a picture sharing site, then you can paste the image URL in the Image link above the text box.
