    2 weeks normally is when the prizes given out, they dont announce who wins tho

    A few weeks after the event's over, they'll pick out the winners and the prizes are added to their accounts.
    And they don't announce who wins, just that the winners have been picked out, and bonuses added in. You just gotta look in your logbook to see if you won when you log in.

    Nope.
    The game has no way of identifying which tickets are bought with money or collected in game.

    Well that vaccums doesn't it, after all it's us player's that pay £££ to play that keep the servers up and running (advertising my backside) paying customers END OFF!
