[SC] 3D package not booked

Did you get the 3D Package?

  1. Okay so on August 5 2015, in the ANNOUNCEMENTS we were told the package was set to auto book. I am posting my logbook from that time period for verification;

    As you can see there is nothing posted for the package. I could post more but I assume you are not interested in my alien killing which takes 4 pages to get to this information I have contacted SUPPORT and get nowhere with them (except to check forums). I do not use an affiliate to get to DarkOrbit unless "http://us2.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/" is using an affiliate, but then I have 4 friends that access it via the same point and they got the package, so I am confused.

    During the Parasite Tide Event one of my friends missed out on the package there, but I got it, so why would I get one and not the other? I would have assumed the friend that did not get it would be the one to not get it AGAIN not a different person who has already been receiving the NEWSLETTERS.

    Your assistance in helping me understand this is appreciated.

    I have not received the package either , I am subscribed to newsletters , I have received them in the past but not this one for some reason. I have contacted support but they really haven't done anything for me which is frustrating considering many others are getting their packages , I could really use those 500 spins and x4 . However I also know many others that still haven't got theirs either. They did try and book the package into everyone's account when they logged in after finding out so many couldn't get theirs , and yet I still haven't got mine since logging in everyday for the past month. Don't worry too much though , i'm sure DO will finally get round to sorting it (hopefully) The package contents aren't anything that I couldn't get in less than a day but I just think it's unfair some people have got it and some haven't

    Anyway best of luck to you in getting yours and any others out there who are still waiting for their goodies :p

  4. I got this package but did not get the Parasite Tide package. The response I got from support was;

    We do not have the ability to resend the email, it is only system automated. Please whitelist our email addresses as per the instructions in our forums FAQ.

    The problem I had was that GOOGLE is not listed and the addresses in the WHITELIST are not true addresses. But this package came without any problem, however another one of my friends did not get it and the first response to him was exactly what they told me to do FIRST, check JUNK/SPAM and WHITELIST addresses. Now they want to say it is the AFFILIATES that are causing the issue. Guess they really don't know what is causing this at all. And worse yet can't fix the issue so it won't happen again.

    The biggest problem with them not being able to BOOK this item MANUALLY is this is a very LARGE VALUE package (205,000 Uridium without the Fireworks computed). Thus those who SPEND MONEY get stronger and those playing FREE get the shaft AGAIN.
     
  6. The Next To Last thing I got from support was;

    We can see whether this was booked or not on the account. As I said, we have passed your information on regarding this. It is possible that due to the affiliate your account is registered through that you were unable to receive the newsletter.

    In any case, with regards to this specific newsletter, this has all been passed up to try and reach some resolution and to help newsletters in the future.


    And the most recent response is;

    Some of the affiliate partners actually do not allow the newsletters to go through, in which case there is nothing further we can do.

    We are trying to rectify this specific newsletter, and take the information to learn for the future. Unfortunately I cannot say with any certainty at this time what may be done, only that we have passed your information on. Please be patient while this is looked at. For future newsletters, if it is your affiliate that is preventing these from coming through, that is not something we are going to be able to change as we would not be able to remove the affiliate you registered your account through.


    I had already received NEWSLETTERS and now I am NOT. Yet from how I login to the game is from DarkOrbit/BigPoint not some outside provider. And they want to BLAME OTHERS instead of taking the HEAT themselves.

    They screwed up and now can't fix it so they want to BLAME it elsewhere. I have stopped spending on this game as it is a waste of GOOD MONEY on a BAD GAME.

    Well, BP/DO finally figured out how to apply the package to my account, don't know if it is all accounts that missed it or just mine but I finally got the package this morning.

    Latest information is that the AFFILIATES caused the NEWSLETTER problem. However, doing some research with my friends, 2 of us used the same AFFILIATE and one got the NEWSLETTER and one did not so, BP/DO expects us to believe the AFFILIATE will discriminate against who they will communicate with, I don't think so, I think the problem lies with BP/DO and they just don't want to admit it.
