[TI] Can not log in

For the past 24 hours i can not log in at all, it says establishing connection but i cannot get in to the game, the back page works fine but i cannot get into the game at all.
I ran Disk Defrag, i even uninstalled Chrome & Firefox and i ran Registery Cleaners and i still cannot get in to the game.
Anybody else having this problem in USA East 1

i hope so, its stupid ts every day i cant log in and when i eventually do i freeze up really bad

I am having the exact same problem. My internet was borked for about a week so I thought it was just that but the cable tech guy came and fixed the issue today. Sadly I still cannot logon to the game screen. Of course I have cleared my cache and cookies etc. with no effect at all.

 

I had same problem when they added the In-game shop button. I just waited like 20 minutes and it solved by itself.
If the problem persists try connect to your account from another computer if you have the possibility and see if you can log in!

Can i ask whether you have tried using multiple browsers, and whether you are still getting the same problem on each browser you try?

Yes I am still having the same problem and I have tried Chrome, Opera, Firefox, and SlimBrowser and have the same results with all. Oddly and perhaps related -or not- I also cannot login to any teamspeak servers either. Any suggestions welcome.

Have you looked to see if your firewall or your anti virus system could be the problem. As you have mentioned you can't load Dark Orbit or Teamspeak. This would lead me to believe something on your system is blocking your access.

I agree about the firewall and it has been my primary suspect. I have repeatedly looked through all its pages and settings and added teamspeak to the list of exclusions but really I haven't found a clue. But then again I am not sure I know what I am looking for either.
However, I have tried disabling firewall and antivirus and I still could not connect to the gamescreen.

I'm just stumped and out of ideas at this point. I'll keep checking the forums to see if anyone else comes up with any solutions.

Well I can say for sure now that the can't connect to gamescreen issue is not caused by my antivirus or firewall because at the moment they are uninstalled and I still cannot connect the gamescreen.

 

adobe flashplayer has been clashing lately try updating the browser and the latest adobe its been an ongoing issue since the release of windows 10..

 

Ok, you have tried different web browsers and you have turned off the firewall and anti virus programs.

Lets look at this in a different way.

What type of internet connection are your using?
Cable / WiFi / DSL / Phone Connection / Local public access / etc...

If Cable - do you use a modem only or modem and Router?

I am having the same issue for a few days now but only with Firefox/Cyberfox on GB1, not tried on other servers.

The game gets as far as the end of the LOADING screen and then hangs, I've left it for over 10 minutes and nothing.

Which Chrome it takes some time but does load the game eventually.

I'm on fibre, have tried with firewall/AV etc off, i have the latest flash, no change.

Same issue with IE.

 

Having the same issue with IE so seems like the only choice is Chrome which sucks as its slow and clunky

 

Still unable to log in on any browser, all i get is establishing connection, the back page is working fine but the game page just wont work i got in earlier but the mini map would not load neither would hotkeys and the game screen was completely frozen. its like this all week and its getting a little bit much at this stage, i tried everything cleared cache all that stuff and still not working, whats going on, the back page works perfect but the game screen is just frozen up -_-

 

This went away for me, for a short time but is back again, only Chrome working.
