[GI]when is this game going to scan the cheats on east one sever its geting real bad for the players

everyone keeps saying there are no cheats but pep come in my team speek all the time bragging they have the latest one (hack)and how much better its then all the other ones im asking DO to run scans more !!! clean up this server its real bad with all the hacks and THE BUG abuse......

 

I have been autolocked multiple times during crazy cubes tonight. I have cloaked and emp'd in a massive cloud of protigits, and within two seconds of emping I'm locked again. I have been repeatedly killed because of this.

 

its running on all servers, so many botters that run to port when u on radar n jump out, never switch config or shoot back and always go to mid of port like hitac was doing before jumped.

n i dont even talk about macro. one guy said me he macroed 15k free spins n some massive uri for few days.

 

they seem to be able to swich your loc to you own group members and sometimes there cheats will lag you out soo bad you can tell there on the map...

 

scans happen all the time but for auto lockers many people just have a bigger screen then u letting them see where u at from far keep that in mind.I have seen auto clickers in bmaps what a auto click does is clicks all over the map and never stops leaving your pet to collect so its botting but not directly.

 

As bob said.Some people have a bigger resolution and click you from a bigger distance.Most of them use TV screens.
Sure there are autolockers too because doesn't matter your resolution when you are insta clicked after emp and cloack.DO is doing all they can to keep this game clean.Maybe that Anti-cheat will need a update but in my opinion is doing a pretty good joob in comparation with what was 2-3 years ago when bots where everywhere.

 

Scans for in game cheats are run on a regular basis. To run that scan 24/7 would make the game nearly impossible for some to play, due to the added lag it would present.

Please know that the team is working to remove those players who are playing unfairly.

i agree bones gb1 getting a joke same old crooks doing it day in and out

 

ya oildaily we see the same players everyday too and it seams they will never get baned..i hate the ones that can out run a vengi and have 900,000 shields and still hit 200+k damage with running you down at full speed wth oh ya all most forgot dropimg 4 slowdown mines in 10 sec or emping every 5 secd

Let be break it down for you. 2 speed configs on pusat, 1 has 1.2m shield with ring, the other has no shields, but has all LF4s with havoc and is able to dash 220k combos at ease. Any player with enough skill in a game to switch configs then use EMP/ ISH and switch back to shielded can do the same tactic.

I can tell you that Luke is correct with his example, As this has been tested. As for the mine drop... We are looking into that issue, however please remember that players that have double Cool down boosters can drop the mines more frequently, but not 4 within a few seconds.

I do understand your frustration with players who do not play the game fairly. However in many cases the players you may think are cheating... may only have old school skills and a fully equipped ship.

My question is: WHEN IS BP GOING TO TAKE OUT ALL OF THE CHEATERS(at least bots) OUT OF THE GAME?!
Why am I asking this ? Because I like this game.. it's "special",for me let's say.. I play because I want to play it not because someone tells me to play it, I spend money here because I want to do that not because someone tells me to do it or because I have too much money.
I sit on the chair, I collect bonus boxes, palladium I farm npc's, I take part in events, I buy uri to open gates and to enjoy the game... and then what do I see ? The people who went out whilst I was doing what I said and they are full of uri, they are full of extra energies because of those bots that they use, they don't spend money on uri, only on packages. Where's the fun ?
A friend showed me how his bot works.. how he made 40k energies in a month without even touching the mouse and keyboard(in 5-3). Where's the fun ?
Why is so hard for BP to eliminate this programs ? Not forever, for now, until others appear... until the players are afraid to use them. Is it so hard for the workers at this company to simply TAKE the program and see how it works, how it is made, and then trying THE PROGRAM on an account and try catching it using scripts(by improving them)? Is that so hard?!

Go learn coding, find out how the bots work and write this post again.

There are really talented people working at bigpoint and if it was easy to remove the bots, they would be removed.

So yeah, its not easy.

Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

All I would like to add is developers and the support team is working continuously in order to eliminate the cheats in game and make Darkorbit as clean game for all of you, however this would take time and patience. The developers are doing what it takes to remove the cheats and hence you can see regular update on bots removal in this thread> Removed Bot Users

The use of external programs (whether it be 'bots' or other third-party software) is all dealt with by Support. The scripts are always running to catch players who plays by unfair means and also you can Contact Support to inquire further.
