[UI] Energy Leech

So today I saw an aegis heal 23k with energy leach. Multiple times. Being able to absorb at minimum 40k damage constantly should not be a possibility. Yes he was running full cool down boosters but hitting max damage and being able to absorb what a normal fe can do isn't balanced. So I suggest a hard cap of 15k on energy leech tech, thoughts or concerns?

 

aegis are op at healing they where meant to farm npcs but some just take advantage of it and start doing all these things that makes the ship even more op.Idk how they do it but ive seen aegis heal up to 25k crazy.

 

Drill only helped that. I don't have a problem with the aegis in general, I love my baegis, but there's a line... And it's been crossed. At least imo. I dunno about you guys but being able to hit 300k combos while healing 15k shields and 75k health per sec sounds OP ​

Lololol. Yeah citadel aegis and spear helped a lot in being able to take hits or avoid them.

 

citadel was a failed ship only used for transferring sep over yet you do see a few people use it for pvp but are there to take the hits and not do the dmg,the spearhead is good for boxing or pally the dmg it can do is to sad it will die before it can shoot um the aegis is for npc yet it works way to good in pvp Ive seen 6 ufe goli on one aegis took um 10min to take him out one was left its crazy thats alot of pressure for me lol.

 

I honestly like citadel kinda. Its a great team ship to help noobs and is one less time I need to send Sep. Its also good for pally, let your pet collect endlessly. Not to mention its a great combo with ring for defending cbs.

Spear was great until the release of wheel and pusat

Aegis is good and deadly in the hands of a pilot who knows what they are doing, but if the attackers know what they're doing too aegis is likely gonna sink like a stone especially in a 2v1. There are exceptions though

 

That is true but its to slow so It cant help noobs they get crushed in it and to pally its only worth it is u collect too,pet fuel aint cheap especially if your not making uri a day pally might take you 3 to 4 days to have enough to finish a gate now a a days.

 

I meant more along the lines of the non noob being in citadel. Draw fire on elite citadel is very handy so the noob can get to a base or port. Aegis as well. That's why I don't pally. Boxing is awesome. Gives uri and spins, and during events like this pays you your fuel. I just got pet on a new account and I didn't buy any fuel, just by boxing it went from 10k fuel to 36k fuel. Not to mention like 20k uri 280 spins and ammo.

 

True been boxing pretty heavy sinces last week opened zeta and epilon and lamba and kapa now working on delta its useful but boring at the same time,I see others fighting and im stuck boxing for x4 ammo ugh Do why not make things move along faster more people boxing then fighting why alot of the maps are dusty its your fault.

 

Lolol. Just use x2 all the time. I have 378k x4 stocked up and the account is only 3 months old

 

For hunting u cant use 2x lol x3 maybe with the drill it can make up for the lack for x4 thats what I use get a good 40k not much but nothing that can be done.

 

I killed two fe golis with sepped x2 and sab in my fe aegis xD most fun I've had in a while

 

aegis can heal so that alone is why won lol

 

Yeah I was on a cube config too with diamond so I just ate what they hit me with. I think they were unsepped too so their x4 didn't hit for much.

 

That's a waste x4 with no sep man they are noobs.

 

Are you sure your talking about Energy Leech here? The tech item? Energy leech gives back 10% of the persons damage as HP ... and it only works on 'normal' laser ammo that shoots constantly, so not RSB.

That means the max repair for Energy Leech is limited to the 10% of the max x4 damage, if somebody is doing 23k with Energy leach they are doing 230k on x4 in a single shot.

I'm saying what I saw. He was clearly healing 18-23k health constantly which did seem to be affected by rsb. It wasn't his pod or go repair either as it was odd numbers instead of the usual exact 20k. The visual for pod was still docked as well, and he was attacking me so it couldn't have been his normal repair and battle rep bot doesn't heal anywhere near that. Idk what he was using then but something isn't adding up then...

 

sorry to say but that amount cannot be absorbed with energy leech. Either it has shown in the same number aegis repair, or you have a serious lag. even 15k absorbing would require 150k dmg with ONLY x4 and thats just not possible.

Theyre not op, they can heal yes but they lack damage. Skilled goli wipes out any aegis as like skilled aegis wipes any goli. In forced PvP environment (UBA mainly, ofc theres jpa but im not talking from it now) where you cant run if its a aegis vs goli, with most surity goli wins if theyre matching equipments what comes to lf4/havoc/herc.

Yeah. And you cant make that much damage

Idk what youve seen but energy leech is only 10% back from constantly firing lasers. So dont blame the tech.
