[TI] Black Club Cards Not Appearing Upon Login?

Basically my older account that stars black club (cards) synbols cannot appear during login? Has anybody got any idea what's going on because I cannot login with my main account, I've had this issue for ages now...

I've copied and pasted my username from my 'Forgotten password' email address which shows the black cards but this appears with ツ™ξЖΞ●яΞ∀Π™ツ instead of ツ™ξЖΞ●яΞ∀Π™ツ . Could anybody help me out here?

 

I would contact support and see if they can help you get it changed.

 

How exactly would I be able to contact support, my friend? I'm a little rusty

 

At the very bottom of the login page is a link to support that says, ahem, "Support." Don't feel bad, its a long ways down and I never go to the bottom of the page except for now to make sure I told you the right thing.

 

Thanks a lot, PSKSUNDANCE. I've put in a support ticket. How long would it take for them to answer?

 

2 to 3 days minimum to get a response from an actual tech, hopefully not Kara though.
