[SC] Leaving the game..

been a member sense 27-12-2008 and iv been fighting with support for the longest time to get my payment switched from USD to CND because i don't live in the States I live in Canada so id like to not pay more for your prem and uri... got a respawns today about it and this is what they have to say about Canadian money.. oh and i have a noob account from 2011 and there saying its new... just makes no damn sense to me

I have received word back regarding your issue, and it appears your new accounts were randomly selected as part of a trial of a new payment option. Some newer accounts from your country were chosen at random to test your local currency vs the normal North American global currency for the payment system.

Respond to it telling them you need it change. Was that from a person or just automated? What is the payment option they are talking about?

 

that was from a person from support and thats the 2nd time they said that too me.. so right now my payments is in US money and i live in Canada so means i gotta pay more to switch my money to US... been trying to switch it to CND for the longest time now and they just wont do it..

 

Sucks, have you changed your regional settings on your computer to reflect Canada?

 

All I can tell you is to keep trying. Darkorbit receives thousands of messages and they try their best to respond to each and every one of them. keep on trying and also see if you could try to switch it over before purchase.

 

my flag on my payment page is the Canadian flag.. but the money i gotta pay with is US... just makes no damn sense and iv been trying to have it changed for the longest time now... im not going to go switch my money into US because it cost me $30 on every $100... i get the same respawns over and over again its sickening..

 

well still no other reply from this game and its not changed so im done... fed up so on to RoboCraft it is... way better game and there support is awesome... good pvp game

 

Good choice, better leave until u'r not into this game that much, and this is my advice for all the newbies that are playing only for spending some time at the PC-it's not worth it. Better go into another direction. I will keep my thought until all the botters are gone.
