    Do the Gears and Protocols give out their Level 3 counterparts? If they do not, NO ONE is going to BUY THEM. :(If they are Level 3 I will get my wallet out. :)

    Yeah. Probably the level ones in boxes so people get a taste for them then they wanna go buy the best of the level 3's

    doesn't do much to me since I got nearly everything on pet already.
