[GI] cant log in

I can't log in ither, every time i try it takes me to the main page (where you put your username and password) over and over again. I created this account from the same e-mail to be able and write a thread about this problem. The thing is that it allows me to log in with other accounts except my main one. Can anyone tell me whats going on or how to fix it?

I don't think so, i didn't do or say anything that could have banned me. Even if i got banned bigpoint should had sent me an e-mail explaining why I got banned. Who to ask to get an answer?

I just changed my password and imidiatly threw me to the main page. I tried entering with the new password but I still doesnt allow me. Is there any way I could have been banned? If yes then why?

Support will be able to locate your account and will be able to assist you further with this. Unfortunately this is not something that we can do from within the forums.

Alright but I do not know my userID because I can't even log in. What should I do in this case?

 

If you can provide support with your in-game name (as it appears in-game, not the name you use to log in with), and also provide them with the server you play on, they should be able to locate the account from there.

I can't log in too. Appears loginError=98...

 

I tried searching for my exact name but it open this link when ever i am trying to see my profile: http://int1.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?profile=BC8sL&profileCheck=Ldkc2&lang=en saying that this page does't exist.

 

Please contact support and they should be able to inform you why you are experiencing this login error.

If you are unable to access your pilot profile page then it looks more certain that your account may be suspended. Please contact support and provide them with as much information as you can. Hopefully they should be able to locate your account but might ask for more information if they need it.
