[GI] No reply from support....

    Sent a ticket to support almost 2 days ago with a very simple problem short to the point ticket, no reply and it says within a business day but usually quicker. I understand it says not to submit more than one ticket so what can I do, when or will I expect a response ?
     
  2. Just keep waiting, i've been waiting for nearly 4 days on an annoying must be taken care of type of issue, but they're probs on some vacation.

    im banned during event and not having a great week, this is really annoying =\. just wanna know how long and why

    PurpNGold, Did you check your spam folder for any messages? Did you receive the automated message in your email when you submitted your ticket? Did you post your UserID in the ticket you put in to Support for the ship you are having the trouble with? If you did not have your UserID due to not being able to log into your account, did you provide the Username, ship name, registered email address of the ship in question?
    These can help reduce the time needed to look into the issue.

    I provided my log-in username, did not have my ship name. I got an automated message with my ticket number to my email so i assume that would already be there.

    Did your issue get addressed?
