[TI] Sheild/Speed Bug

Hello,

When I log into the game every day, I upgrade my shield and speed generators with seprom and promerium respectively. When I refresh the game or jump through a portal, the upgrades somehow disappear randomly and I am left with the non-upgraded speed/shield power. This is quite annoying when trying to fight someone; you jump portal to run away or repair, and you lose 100+ speed and 60% of your shields.

This issue happens almost every single time I refresh my game-page. The jumping portal issue only happens occasionally, but it always seems to happen when I am trying to escape a bunch of enemies to repair. I've heard of this issue happening to other people on the server I play on, and I figured I would report it so a solution could be found. Logging out of the game seems to fix the issue most of the time, but once or twice I had to re-log multiple times (sometimes as many as four to five times) until the promerium and seprom was re-applied to my shield/speed generators. Sometimes it did not re-apply at all, and only after closing my browser and logging into my account multiple times did it finally apply the upgrade back onto my shield/speed generators. The time still showed 10,000+ minutes on both speed/shield generators, but the effects of the promerium and seprom were not applied to my ship.

My user ID is: 68310313, and the server I play on is USA3.

yeah, all over the other side of the ocean as well....

 

yes almost all servers are having this problem n usually happens when a player relogs !!! and if u change ship design the speed n shield bug goes away but its very annoying

 

Same issue for me on GB1, resource upgrades on shield an speed gens is absent, relog does not always fix this issue first time around.

 

Hey Jman Try another browser, problem should be fixed.

 

You guys need to fix this. Is also happening on East 1. I cant get my shields to go up to where they should be

I had that same issue on East 1, relogged, and "RESET" my settings and it worked after that.

 

Thank you for the notation on what you did to work around the current issue.
In some cases that may work, however we are still doing additional testing to find a solution to the particular issue.

I have encoutered this promblem and it is now becoming pretty frequent, I am often noticing that my speed has dropped even with materieals on equipment this can be at any point during play and when I put more materials on engines/shield nothing happens until i log out of the game and then log in again. GB2

 

GB1 i have lost 500k shield strentgh as well as speed and damage, its in all maps inc Galaxy gates.
This has been on going all week i have even changed browser but that did not help.
